Great stay at the property. Everything was clean and roomservice of high quality.

The balcony and breakfast were all great. So was the lounge area. However, there are no mosquito screens inside the room and throughout the hotel. A few flies were also inside the room. It was also very dark. The air conditioning didn’t work well. The cleaning could be much better. The staff was kind and the breakfast ends at 10:30, much later than some other places. No late checkout. The kitchen was nice but we didn’t use it. There was also a microwave. The area is very quiet and nice. Across from a courtyard where students seem to rest. The bed was comfortable and the storage was more than enough. The bathroom was great. It’s much quieter area here than in central Rome still close enough to be very walkable. A few restaurants around close late. Felt safe at night. Internet great. Staff very helpful and kind. Vatican and Castel both right there. Bridge as well. À carrefour supermarket around the corner as well as a place to buy bus tickets. Luggage storage great. The elevator is very small and doesn’t go up unless from the ground floor.

I'm so glad to have found this place by accident. Central location but also in a quiet area. Walking distance to the Vatican and other places so that saved a lot of time. Shout out to Chiara (Sorry if I spelt her name wrongly) from Reception, the staff handling the breakfast buffet and of course, the housekeeping team.Thank you so much for your excellent service. The breakfast is definitely a winner with a variety of choices. I'll book this place again when I'm back to Rome in future.

A very neat aparthotel with breakfast - everything you need is there, the rooms are good, they clean every day, the breakfasts are a bit weak, but they are like that all over Italy, there is a washer and dryer, excellent internet, we didn't hear the neighbors, there is a separate guest room for those who have checked out and want to wait

The hotel has a great location, right next to the Vatican and across from a university. It feels quiet and safe. The breakfast setting was beautiful, but the hygiene details could be improved.

The location is good. The soundproofing is poor. During my three-day stay, the upstairs kids seemed to be running, crying, and screaming all day and night. In the middle of the night, I could hear furniture being dragged, things being thrown, and the floor shaking. It was exhausting and annoying after a long day. The front desk was very helpful in communicating with them, but it didn't really help.

This is the most friendly apartment-type hotel I have ever stayed in. The front desk staff is super friendly. They always patiently provide us with service. We wanted to go out for seafood at night and recommended delicious restaurants to us. He was afraid that we couldn't find it. The gentleman took us to the restaurant to help us book a seat. It was really super enthusiastic. Their service was very humane. The apartment was very safe and you had to swipe your card to enter. The door was locked when no one was there. The room type design is very suitable for family travel. The hygiene is also very clean. The location is excellent. It is next to Castel Sant'Angelo and Vatican City. There is even a waiting area for rest, eating and showering on the basement floor. Our flight was late and we rested comfortably here at the airport. The breakfast was also good. I liked the fruit and automatic pancake machine. Thank you again for helping me. The location is good, it is a very safe place in Rome, the hotel breakfast is good, the pancakes are delicious! The breakfast terrace has a good view, there are many delicious restaurants and ice creams near the hotel downstairs, and the staff are also very friendly

Nice apartment, located near the Vatican, 7-10 minutes walk, 25-30 minutes walk to the center of Rome, 12-15 minutes by taxi (about 15 euros fare), large room, comfortable, renovated. Very nice concierge, helped us with everything. Breakfast is ordinary, takes place on the top 7th floor, the view from there is very beautiful.
