The entrance was quite difficult to locate. Due to a flight delay, I arrived very late at the property, and there was no clear signage for the lobby. It took me quite a while to find it. The accommodation is on the 3rd floor. Despite having an elevator, it was broken. Hauling my luggage up to the 3rd floor was absolutely exhausting, and it remained out of service for the entire four days of my stay. I recommend checking in early; otherwise, the front desk might be unattended, as their operating hours are only from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM.

The hotel is really good. The room was big and complete. The location is near a market and a station. We also had assorted croissants, yogurts, and coffee for breakfast (or dinner). :) The staff are friendly and helpful as well. We just encountered an issue finding the exact location because there's no sign outside and we didn't know that they are on the higher floor. There is also a certain time when there's no one in the reception. So I strongly suggest messaging them before going. Overall, I didn't regret booking this hotel!

A very good homestay. When we made the reservation, we were initially concerned about the cleanliness due to the very affordable price. However, this homestay turned out to be extremely clean, well-equipped, and the rooms had no issues with sound insulation. The value for money is outstanding.

The hotel is great value for money. It’s central, clean, and the staff is very friendly. It’s also very warm in the winter. Honestly, I think it’s really underestimated.

Overall a recommendable place, but please note the ground floor intercom which I had to keep pressing to reach for reception.

The location is very good. It is close to everywhere. The reception is friendly. When we first entered the room, there were hairs in the bed. I think the room was not cleaned well. Cleaning was done in the following days. Breakfast is only 2 croissants hung on the door in the morning. But 3 coffees and yogurt are put in the room every day. We asked the staff for sheets and towels. They were given as clean and new as we wanted. We stayed in December. The room is a little cold at night. Don't forget to ask for an extra duvet.

This is the worst. I booked the auditorium but I couldn't even check in. When I arrived, the front desk told me to go to a hotel in a different location. I checked in at a different hotel without knowing what was going on and stayed for one night. It was so ridiculous and annoying, and I couldn't communicate, so I couldn't do anything. Looking at Google reviews, I saw that this wasn't the only thing that happened to me. It was a very embarrassing and frustrating experience.

Hotel in a very convenient location just a stone's throw from Termini Station, the metro! Super convenient for those traveling by train. We left our bags in the morning, before checking in and the day after checking out! Very kind staff. In the morning they left us two croissants hanging from the door handle. In general, everything is good: clean, quiet, the Colosseum, restaurants, grocery stores, and the train station are nearby. If the room, like ours, is near the reception, it can be noisy from 8am. The walls between the rooms are very thin - you can hear people washing. They also start cleaning early, so hang a sign so that they don't disturb you. You can leave your things after check-out (which is at 10:30, which is inconvenient), take a walk, and then pick them up before leaving for the airport.

Not very well signposted outside if you arrive when the guard is no longer there but the hotel is very comfortable. Breakfast was offered to us every morning. The staff is very pleasant. 15 min walk from the Colosseum, 30 min from the Trevi Fountain and 5 min from the train station

Everything was great

這個酒店我真的是無力吐槽了，攜程上寫的是三星，實際在Google上衹有兩星。首先這個酒店的大門，你根本就找不到也沒有明顯的標誌。他是一個建築，然後這個酒店衹是這建築當中的其中一層要給前台打電話，他才能下來接你要過一會兒才能來接你。入住之後這個酒店裡到處都有垃圾的味道了，房間也非常小。前台給的這把鑰匙大門根本打不開，我們每次回來衹能在門口等着其他人進樓才能跟着進來，所以能不能按時酒店全靠運氣。最重要的是這毫無服務可言，前台不是一直在的，我住了三天衹見到前台有人一次，而且衹呆了半個小時。房間裏很冷，給前台打電話説再送一個毯子答應了晚一點送到最後也沒送衞生間裏的淋浴要開半個小時以上才有熱水大冬天的，我洗了個冷水澡。所以這裏真的謹慎入住。！
