Early check-in, platinum upgrade, late check-out, and free storage are all available. The hotel staff are very service-minded, and the room is clean and quiet. Excellent location, very clean room, comfortable bed, very small lift, if you have phobia, then no good for you. Very pleasant staff at the reception. Very easy acess to Roman Tetmini via buses H, 170. As you come out of the hotel, turn left towards the Tunnel, walk via the tunnel, you will arrive to the centre within 5 minutes.

We stayed in the adjacent 1880 Atypical Rooms section and double room 18 was very unique - nice, modern updated and comfortable. The front desk was extremely helpful and all the staff were pleasant. The elevators are small but luckily there are elevators. This hotel is centrally located which allowed us to walk to many of the main attractions in Rome as well as to the meeting points for several of our tours. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bakeries are just around the corner. Great stay, wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

My mother and father stayed here however, prior to their visit i requested a bottle of prosecco be ordered and a birthday message be arranged for their arrival as it was to celebrate my mothers birthday. I emailed the hotel and Maria on the Front desk was really helpful in accomodating the request. The process was super easy to do from the UK, a payment link was emailed to me and my mum was surprised to see a bottle of prosecco. Additional chocolates and a birthday message was displayed on the bed too! Thank you Maria, this was really appreciated and she loved the surprise!
