As you know, our receptionists have supported you in every possible way, apologising personally to you for what happened and acting as a direct contact with the management. The property absolutely did not charge you for the damage that occurred and paid you the reimbursement that had been agreed. Unfortunately on the day the problem occurred we had no other rooms available, we had the room cleaned, and cleaned even more thoroughly the next day. We understand how important it is for our guests to receive a prompt and appropriate response to their concerns. We understand that you have benefited from the direct support of our receptionists both by phone and in writing. In this regard, we appreciate your acknowledgement of our reception team members, Alberto and Leandro. We will pass on your positive comments to them and commend them for their helpfulness.
