Perfect stay with lots of things to do nearby! we booked the hotel the morning itself and they even allowed early check in when the room is ready.

The structure itself and the location are excellent, unfortunately we had a negative experience with the hot water in the evening practically impossible to wash in the evening, which is not so nice, I hope you will find a remedy in this, because you are a good hotel, the staff are very kind everyone, availability, courtesy... among other things we thought it was a room problem, they changed our room but the problem was the same

The location of the hotel feels quite safe. If you get hungry at night, there are restaurants nearby. It's very close to the Vatican. The staff are also very friendly (except for the cleaning lady who didn't understand English and communicated with her in sign language)

Very good this place and the location too. You walk to the Vatican. Access to the metro very fast and accessible. First class facilities. Spanish is spoken at the reception. Recommended!
