I had the studio room. The property is in a rundown state. It needs modernising. It is tired and worn. Plaster peeling off, Sofabed that wasn’t flat, overflowing shower cubicle, flies near the food. I would not give it a 4 star rating. For the price I paid, I feel robbed.

The hotel is great and close to all the attractions and very clean. The staffs are great as well. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Best location! 1 minute from Fontana di Trevi and 10 minutes from Pantheon and metro station. Spacious Room (3 beds) with comfortable beds. Well recommended!

Wifi was not good. Not luxury at all. Great location but not a good place to stay.

The structure is not recommended, especially room Tiziano 1. Noisy, basically a room communicating with the other nearby room divided only by a wardrobe in which we were unable to sleep and rest.

The hotel's 24-hour front desk is so important! Room: clean, front desk service: not enthusiastic, the guy who sent the luggage was enthusiastic, breakfast: not very good, 1-2 minutes to the left is the wishing fountain, location: good, this dumpling is nearby 🥟 delicious!

We stayed on the first floor, which was very dark and had a musty smell. We booked the room because of its location and the fact that it was a large suite, but we regretted it as soon as we moved in. We had to stay there for three days because we were busy visiting attractions every day, so we didn't spend much time in the room, so we just made do with it. The breakfast was average, with very few varieties. If you don't have to live near the Trevi Fountain, I suggest you don't choose this hotel. It feels like a guesthouse in a third-tier city. It was the worst house we stayed in during our trip to Italy.

I'm leaving this review because I'm so grateful to the staff who always gave me a 👍thumbs-up👍! From check-in to check-out, they were always friendly and smiling. The room was also great, except for being a little dark! It was right in the heart of the city, but the soundproofing was perfect, so I didn't wake up! Even though it was hot outside, the air conditioning worked well, keeping me cool and comfortable throughout my stay! I had a problem with my personal airport drop-off service, but even after I checked out, the hotel was very responsive and even arranged a taxi to the airport, so I was able to depart without any issues! Thanks to them, I ended my trip with only good memories! Thank you so much ❤️

The front desk is very welcoming. It has a great location next to the Trevi Fountain. It feels a bit like a homestay in China. I highly recommend it.

One night, there was no hot water, and we could only wash our hair with cold water. In addition, there are no toothbrushes, toothpaste and combs provided, so remember to bring your own. 4 The hotel's 5g signal and wifi are super bad. It becomes 4g when you enter the hotel, and you can't see anything. The wifi is useless at night. Any hotel you stay in in the subsequent cities is better than this one. Don't save money. You have to stay in a hotel of 💰2000+ in Rome.
