Stayed for a week in this excellent guesthouse, it is close to the main train station, Roma Termini, and easy walking distance to all the sights in Rome. Alex, one of the managers is very welcoming and helpful, the room, all bedding's and towels were very clean, the air conditioning and WiFi was spot on. 63 guesthouse is in an apartment block which gives a great feeling of being in the community, it is on the top floor, there is a lift, but if you have the time and energy walk the beautiful worn marble stairs. Great places to eat close by, check out Il Mercato Centrale

When your safety is important you definitely will avoid this place. To access the room with only a tiny roof window you have to walk up a steep stair og about 50cm wide. Definitely not appropriate. It‘s obvious that this was a refurbished pebble. If some authorities gave the safety approval of this place than their responsibility will be engaged in case of fire. Additionally my wife is claustrophobic and could not stay in there. So we had to search for a new hotel at 11 at night (and here ********** failed. When contacted, ********** could not get any refund even partially for the 4 booked and paid nights. My recommendation is that you should see the place before paying. As the pictures on ********** do not reflect what you get

The manager, Alex was super nice and great person. He managed it very well and friendly. I felt safe and comfy. Loved stay here!!! Thanks!! The location was great too, near by rome termini, metro, bus and tons of dining!

Stayed for nearly a week in this well appointed B&B situated a short walk from the Centrali train station. Room was on 5th floor ,access by lift or stairway. Room was adequate for two and bathroom was clean and functioned well. Breakfast room was set ready every morning, tea and coffee ,cereals toast etc. We walked into Rome every day, 20 mins to Coloseum ,30 mins to river and Vatican . Metro and Buses were readily available if needed .

The breakfast is more likely DIY breakfast . Butter, jam, cereals are there... The room is size is ok. The area is not great just be take care - homeless people sleeping at the door of the hotel. The hotel is closed just across of Termini, so very handy for visiting Rome

Nous tenons tout d'abord à vous remercier pour avoir partagé votre logement avec nous. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable et souhaitons vous faire part de nos observations.
Les aspects positifs : L'emplacement, les lits confortables, la climatisation, l'accueil initial, les serviettes et la propreté étaient excellents.
Les points négatifs : L'escalier menant à la chambre est dangereux, l'absence de fenêtre dans la chambre est inconfortable, la lunette des toilettes ne tient pas, attention l'évier est bouché. Et en dernier, plus aucun accueil après le premier accueil.
Il nous semble que votre prix par nuit (tous frais compris) devrait être au maximum de 80€ pour ce logement.
Nous avons, quand même, passé un bon séjour.
