The photos on the website are very outdated. The apartment we stayed in is in need of a good clean and update. While everything worked you have to add just. Shower door was hanging off it’s hinges. Freezer desperately needed defrosting, cutlery was mismatched and dusty, pots needed a clean prior to using. Windows didn’t close without slamming them. Don’t ask management for help as you will be told they are too busy. Property claims to provide toiletries, this was not the case we had to purchase our own.

My wife and I stayed at the property from July 11 to 16, at via Appia nueva 37 (this company apparently manages several properties). The location is acceptable, but as in other opinions about these apartments: bathroom in poor condition, toilet detached from its foundation, defective shower door causing all the water to escape to the bathroom floor, kitchen items in poor condition , Centralized AIR CONDITIONING DOES NOT WORK (It was reported to the contact email, with no solution, they told me that is why they left a fan in the property), getting to be hotter inside than in the city streets themselves. I do not recommend
