Able to walk to Vatican and all major tourist sites. Taxi stand across street. 40 minutes to airport.

The property was lovely and kept very clean and maintained. The location is excellent around Vatican City, with many shops, restaurants, cafes, and of course the Vatican Museum, Basilica, and Sistine Chapel all within walking distance. The host, Paolo, tended to my every need and question promptly and was so kind and helpful in every way, especially with my flight delay and a very late check-in. I highly recommend this booking for solo or couple visitors to Rome!

We absolutely loved this property and appreciated the communication with the owner. The view from the room window was breathtaking. The ease of walking to various restaurants and tourist attractions worked out perfectly for us! We look forward to sharing our positive experience at this guesthouse with others.

Property is in a fantastic location for the Vatican and has beautiful restaurants nearby. The room is clean, tidy and comfy with all the needed amenities. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when in Rome.

The room was pretty clean. It’s a little scary going solo to the property. It’s on the 6th floor. There is a small elevator. You can hear everything in the rooms. The walls are super thin. I was very disappointed they had said there was laundry, there was not. I see they have changed this on *******. Also not the “full breakfast” is a coupon to a cafe down the road for a free coffee and a croissant. Also, DO NOT leave anything out. Nothing was stolen, but I put out my privacy sign and saw the owner in the hallway and said I didn’t want any housekeeping for the day. He still went in my room and turned off the air conditioner.
