Gentilezza e disponibilità da parte di tutto lo staff, cura attenzione e assistenza al cliente. Stanza ben pulita e funzionante. Ottima la posizione, vicino la metro e soprattutto zona ben fornita ( Piazza Bologna) È stato un vero piacere soggiornare presso questa struttura.

Questa é la mia recensione sull'esperienza non avvenuta, in questa struttura, dove a qualche giorno dalla partenza, mi viene cancellata la stanza, senza darmi una motivazione. Ho dovuto chiamare io per capire il perché, se no manco un messaggio di scuse. Sostanzialmente: tubo rotto nella camera, "ci dispiace" e tanti saluti. Ti ritrovi ad aver pagato diversi viaggi in treno (non rimborsabili) per poter fare un weekend a Roma, prenotato tutto 2 mesi prima e poi a qualche giorno dalla partenza "ci dispiace" e tocca che ti trovi un'altra sistemazione. Secondo voi cosa si può trovare a Roma, 5/6 giorni prima, se non hotel distanti, molto costosi o con recensioni pessime? Sarà un incidente, non sarà una cosa decisa dalla struttura, ma sarebbe stato gradito un provare almeno a trovare una soluzione. Weekend rovinato e ci devo rimettere dei soldi. Grazie mille!

Ho alloggiato in questo B&B per un weekend. La titolare e sua mamma sono persone splendide, la camera era pulitissima e molto coccola. Ci tengo inoltre a complimentarmi con la donna delle pulizie, gentilissima, solare, disponibile. Tornerò sicuramente, super consigliato!!!!
