The overall experience exceeds my expectations. It is uneasy to find such a large room in Rome since it is a popular destination for tourists. The price is reasonable, staff are friendly, the room is clean and providing buffet. Everything is great. But there is one thing that needs to improved, it is not easy to find the entrance to the hotel once the front door of this hotel is not so obvious and you need the password to unlock the door, the staff didn’t tell me about this before i went there.

A very pleasant environment with helpful staff. There is nothing to complain about. The bus stops at the end of the street making travel to the city centre a breeze

We were served by nuns, the rooms were simply furnished. Beds were good, everything was clean, water stains on the wall, something on the ceiling was being painted over, the balcony railing was rusty, everything had a kind of 80s style. Breakfast buffet, so-so. The best thing was the coffee. There were 2 types of bread. White bread and dark bread, but not as we understand it, just white bread in dark. You had to struggle with the edges. One sliced cheese and 2 types of cold cuts, salami and the Italian Morterdela. The same thing every day. There was cornflakes and muesli, with fresh yogurt and fresh canned peaches. There was also fruit, 5 apricots and a rotten nectarine. Daily!!!! There were various sweet croissants, jam, nougat cream, honey, 3 different cakes, bagged bread and even more packaged things. A few leaves of lettuce, green tomatoes and cucumber. There were also 3 cold drinks, water, red orange juice and something else juicy. All in all, we had a clean bed, were able to freshen up and shower and we were full.

The location was accessible to the center by public transport. We liked our room very much. Towels and bedding were clean.

The accommodation is relatively well located and well served by public transport (bus and metro). However, the welcome was not as expected (very little explanation and very expeditious). The room is very poorly soundproofed, not very clean and above all the equipment was in very poor condition (broken bed slat and broken toilet bowl) and tiny bathroom. Breakfast is ok.

Both rooms I stayed in were freezing cold with stained walls. Toilet seat was broken & next to the wall with barely no leg room to sit (see photo attached). The nuns at reception were very unwelcoming/unfriendly. When I asked why there was no heating in the room the nun said "because you booked a room with no air con". I then replied their room adverts are misleading as no air con means no cold air. They only turn heating on from 5- 7 am & a very few hours in the evening so room gets extremely cold in December. They refused my request to check out late even though there were barely no customers in the property at the time. The nun refused to accept my 2 & 5 cent coins to pay for a coffee saying cent coins are not accepted in Italy which is a lie.

hotel was average. We arrived for 1pm to be told there was no rooms available yet even though the advertised check in was 1pm. The hotel is not located near rome city, so expect to get at least 2 buses to get into the city with a travel time of up to an hour. when we got into the room, it was ok, sheets clean, towels clean, bathroom a bit mouldly. Hair dryer is nothing to rave about, like a hand dryer in a public restroom. The sisters could speak little english so we didnt really interact with them much. seemed nice enogh, little disorganised when we arrived but other than that no complaints. its a good place if youre willing to travel into the city and wont spend much time here

I checked into this hotel due to the change of departure dates from Spain. I had to stay for 3 days in this hotel. Everything is fine. The owner is very friendly. Everyone who lives here is friendly! Budget hotel. There was a single room. It was not pleasant that on Ostrovka, through which I booked this hotel, a tax of 10.5 € was written, but they told me 18. Write the truth!!! There is a supermarket with normal prices nearby. There are no dishes in the room, but when I asked for a spoon, they gave me one. I took it to my room from breakfast bowl, no one said anything. Shared microwave, electric kettle. The linen is clean. The pressure in the shower is good. Toilet paper, shampoo and everything else don’t provide anything else. But for the money it’s normal, despite the fact that breakfast is included. Coffee, tea , muesli, milk, croissants. In general, if you don’t stay in the room, then it’s quite a budget option. I recommend it. I won’t stay myself, because I don’t stay in one place. I always choose different ones.
