The location was excellent for our purpose of seeing the sites of Rome. Within walking distance to a great cafe for early coffee and pastry. Close to taxi stand, close to beginning of discovery of Rome sites.
The room itself was not quite as advertised. Bed was fine, but the shower was right next to the bed, with the frosted side of windows directed to the bathroom area, not the bed side. Just awkward.
The hotel attendant was helpful with information about restaurants etc. The transfer service to and from hotel was a must. Helped to be delivered and picked up at hotel.
Location was a plus, lift to third floor helpful.

The room was small, but recently updated. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the shower being in the bedroom instead of the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

We were only at the hotel for one night but the staff leading up to our staff was very helpful. Since we checked in late there were lots of instructions on how to get in and were very helpful with questions I had about getting around. Hotel was very nice and quiet!

We really enjoyed the natural light in this room. We didn’t use the jacuzzi but it seemed like a nice addition. The location in this neighborhood is great. There are many good restaurants close and it’s close to many of the attractions that we wanted to see. We walked everywhere.

The staff were lovely and welcoming. Our room was not ready at 11.30 (check in time was 10.30) and therefore had to wait half an hour which was frustrating as we’d been up since 2am. The room was clean and spacious. Not the most comfortable bed- not used to spring mattresses and the pillows were very flat. The hotel was close enough to all major sites, with the longest walk being half an hour to the colosseum and Vatican City respectively. Breakfast, although lovely, was very repetitive. It was at another hotel which was a 2-3 minute walk from ours. It consisted of either a croissant or a pain au chocolate. The staff during breakfast were wonderfully kind and helpful and we appreciated their efforts. Would we choose this room again? I’d say there are probably better ones out there.

Fantastic Stay at Ara Suites.
Pros:
1. Lovely spacious room, fantastic jacuzzi, good powerful shower, and clean room.
2. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Enricobwas fantastic and gave us very useful info about Rome.
3. Great location - 2 minute walk to a bus stop going to all main tourist places and 12 minute walk to Spagna metro.
Cons:
No cons! Would just say that it the shower area had some shelves to put the shampoos and soap that would be an excellent addition and similarly shelves in toilets for the towels. An additional dustbin in the room and some facial tissues would also make this into the perfect hotel.

Excellent property that is excellently located for easy access to all tourist attractions. Only a 5 min walk after SIT bus transport from airport, for 7 euro per person.
