Leonardi Hotels Properties in Rome

This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. It was truly wonderful! First, the service was exceptional. Every staff member was warm and polite. We arrived at 9:00 AM, and the front desk thoughtfully prepared coffee and refreshments for us. They also stored our luggage for free while we went out to explore the area. When we arrived, our luggage was already in our room. The front desk escorted us to our room and provided a detailed overview of the amenities, including complimentary mineral water and slippers. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It's only about an 8-minute walk from the main train station, and there are plenty of delicious restaurants downstairs. It's worthy of the 9.5 rating on ***********, and I even got a better deal on Ctrip. I was very, very satisfied. Hotel was clean, with all the necessities that are in the room or provided at the reception. There was a bathtub in our room also. The location is good, tram and bus station is close. Another good thing is the cheap price of the drinks in this hotel. The bad thing is that on the second day the staff that they ran out of toothbrush, which was unfortunate. The cleaners also didn’t clean our room, even though we reminded the receptionist. The staff gave us clean towels in the end.

Great location located behind Piazza Navona and a stone's throw from the main places of interest, clean rooms with park. Efficient and courteous reception staff who were able to help us by giving us suggestions on how to get around. Spectacular terrace on the roofs of Rome for breakfast. Highly recommended, we will be back

My stay at the hotel was lovely. The hotel had beautiful decor in the lobby and a great view from the terrace. I stayed in a single room, it had a comfortable bed and the necessary amenities - phone, fridge, hairdryer and safe box. When I needed an iron, I requested at the reception and got one to use. The service was good, staff were warm and helpful. Breakfast was fine, pretty much the same offerings the 2 times I had breakfast. The location was excellent and had the tourist locations within walking distance (10-20mins).

The hotel is very close to the train station, with plenty of restaurants downstairs, which made dining incredibly convenient. On the downside, the room facilities are quite dated, and the breakfast selection was very limited. However, its excellent location is its biggest asset: it's within easy walking distance to both the Colosseum and the train station.

Excellent stay. Excellent room assignment. Excellent welcome, courtesy and kindness. Perhaps (but I admit that it is an excess of pickiness and is not a criticism at all) only the breakfast was with little choice. But it is also true that a good part of the clientele had breakfast at the same time...... and the staff worked hard to satisfy everyone and quickly. In any case everything perfect. Thanks again. We will definitely hear from each other soon.

The bedroom was a bit dated and the bathroom was very tired with black mildew on the shower grouting.  Bed very comfortable and I slept well as my room was not on the front of the hotel.  Staff very nice and helpful.  Location is great.
