房間跟悦海酒店是一體的，小區內環境挺好，位置稍偏，距海邊走路七八分鐘，這邊來的人少，旺季來這邊是個不錯的選擇，距海洋牧場有個三公里，屋內有廚房，廚具需自帶，早餐比較簡單！

有一説一，酒店在非常好的養老社區，配建質量不錯，有咖啡館有食堂有超市，出了酒店吃用都能輕鬆獲取，非常方便，一點都不受地理位置偏僻影響。同時，酒店距離海灘非常近，風景超美，海也特別美海灘人也少，孩子玩水很方便。但是房間硬件不太行，陽台沒紗窗門，房間總體看比較臟，不能細看，從櫃子裏掏出來的枕頭都是黃色的汗漬，電氣設備也一般，招待所的水平吧。酒店明顯人手不足，所以服務質量非常一般，感覺像是招了一批暑期工，都是半大孩子在工作。

什麼玩意兒，還豪華海景家庭房呢，太差勁了，那小床、電視也看不了；船床頭頭櫃連個插座都沒有，房間太小，房間特別潮。家庭房三人入住給了2個人的早餐卷，另一個人花28元吃的特別差，應該叫經濟行家庭房就完了！

酒店位於榮成俚島鎮愛蓮灣康養中心內。該酒店現已由康養中心管理，給予五星評價的理由，康養中心能培養自己的酒店服務人員延續原酒店管理公司的職能，服務還是可以的。二是酒店位於海灘旁邊，出酒店旁邊就是直通大海的門。三是康養中心的服務中心就在酒店旁邊，有超市，圖書館，健身娛樂中心和飲廳等。小住幾天還是可以的。

很久沒住過這麼臟的酒店，主要旅遊旺季其他的來不及定了湊合一晚趕緊換去了別家。枕頭一圈一圈的黃，洗手池和馬桶還有污漬，我都懷疑床單被罩毛巾可能都是不換的，電視都沒有台。小區是一個養老社區，環境挺好也有海灘，就是酒店太臟了。説是旅遊旺季來不及打掃😂來不及打掃多僱幾個人吧，靠不打掃來節約人力真的是難以接受。
