Ronneby Brunn Hotel Spa Resort

We join Rolfs Flyg & Buss ' Årets Julprogram 2023 ' from 23-26 / 12. The Bingolottos, Tipspromenad, Kalle Anka önskar God jul, Olle sjunger, Melodikryss..are all very entertaining and interesting. Food in the hotel are just excellent,dining room's waiters are all so friendly and gentle. Cleaning crews are also very polite, and nice. We really had wonderful time.

This is a nice hotel with so much potential. First off, it is absolutely giant. It took us about 15 minutes each time we wanted to walk from the room to the main lobby. It is like a maze to get through and you go through underground tunnels to get to where you need to go. Upon arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff. We got our room keys and half an hour later when we found our room, we noticed the sofa bed was broken. One phone call and 20 minutes later, a lady from the “crew” came up with new keys to our new room. Only problem was that the new room was being cleaned. So we sat outside and waited. The room was quite dated. Stains on the carpeted floors all over (both in the room and in the hallways). No a/c = extremely warm. The outdoor pool was lots of fun for the kids. Two big water slides and a whirlpool etc. only downside is that you have to pay extra for this as it’s not included in the price for the hotel. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from. Lots of parking outside but confusing with all the rooms and endless hallways. Good dinner (pizzas) and delicious ice cream at the Terrace restaurant. Nice touch with the arcade for all ages l

This is a giant hotel, by Swedish standards. It is a concept hotel, just like the resorts in other parts of Europe. The staff are very kind and friendly and do their very best to help. But the hotel is absolutely gigantic so it is impossible for staff to be everywhere all the time. When we checked in, we first got a room where the sofa bed was broken. We called reception and someone came within 15 minutes to give us keys to a new room just down the hall. But the new room was not cleaned yet and staff were working hard to clean. The general state of the rooms are ok, but a bit dated. No a/c so it gets very hot if you don’t open the windows. If you open the windows, you have mosquitoes…Parking is all over the place, so it’s not a problem. The pool is lots of fun for the family (you pay extra if you are not an “all inclusive” guest). There are two slides and it’s quite a fun experience. They have kids shows and kids play room as well as lots of other places where kids can play. Mini golf and paddle next to the hotel. Even a playground outside by the mini golf. Beautiful park to walk around in. The breakfast is surprisingly nice and clean, which was a nice surprise since they are all-inclusive guests and this is a huge hotel. Would actually come back because we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This is a good hotel for families but for me it wasn’t a good experience as, unfortunately, I didn’t check if there was AC and the temperatures at that time were around 40 degrees, making it almost impossible to sleep. There was one small fan which was a joke. Too small to do any difference in the room. I was there for business only, so of course different from the families with kids using the time in and around all the pool facilities. For families I’m sure they love it. Breakfast was a bit chaotic as it was obviously holidays.

The hotel must have had its moment of glory in the past but certainly not when we visited it. It is located in a beatiful area, but it is old fashioned and in need of a renovation. We booked a family room with 2 twin beds but we got an old basic room with two beds and a sofa-bed. After complaining we got another room with 2 beds plus 2 roll-out beds. That inconvenience has to be mentioned when booking, a sofa bed or roll-out bed is not a valid equivalent of a decent bed! It was quite uncomfortable to also wake up at 5am at dawn because the curtains do not block the light. Breakfast is nothing to be proud of either. Cleaners do not respect the DO NOT DISTURB signs. We will not come back.

Rummet var okey. Men lunchen som man kunde få på hotellet var under all kritik. Personalen kunde inte heller svara på vad maten innehåller. Frukost buffén var undermålig. Saknade frukt och den kändes snål. Vi ville handla i receptionen på kvällen då fanns det ingen där att ta betalt utan personal satt i rummet innanför och noterade oss inte på en lång stund.

Vi boede i silver Hill den store lange bygning som var gammel og slidt 2 pænt store værelser men gamle slidte møbler mørke rum kun 2 stander lamper virkede i det ene rum 4 sengelamper og lys ved skrivebord virkede ikke samt dårlig rengøring. Vandland og reseption og restaurant var i top

We visited this place with our 5 kids in the ages between 0 and 13 years and the weather was perfect for outdoor swimming! The only reason we selected Ronneby due to corona. We had two standard rooms but both toilets were smelling VERY bad. Nothing helped. We could not brush our teeth in there. The food was ok in the evening but almost the same two nights in a row. The breakfast was horrible. On on our last day the outdoor bath was closed (which we already had paid for) and they promised a refund - they wrote it on the sign into the outdoor pools. We talked with the reception and they promised us to get back to us regarding this when the manager was back a few days after. We emailed with them but they then denied a refund. We could have used the indoor spa instead. But that was NOT what we paid for and with corona that was simply not an option with all of the other hotel guests then using the spa all at the same time. Simply not ok when we had paid for outdoor pool facilities! A HUGE disappointment for the kids who had been waiting for their last day to swim!

SERVICE MYCKET DÅLIG. Lång väg från reception till rum som saknade AC. God frukost och middag.
