"We arrived at the hotel past midnite. Was served by a gentleman who spoke fluent English. We enjoyed our 3 days stay. Good location, middle of the Copacobana beach strip, surrounded by lots of restaurants. Enjoyed the hotel breakfast. We did not make use of the pool and gym so unable to comment. But our standard room was a good size, reasonably clean with daily housekeeping. The room doesnt hve a electric kettle but we were able to obtain one from housekeeping."

"The breakfast was delicious. Clean and pleasant. The rooms are cozy. The upper floors have a great sauna, pool, and relaxation area. We are happy. The rooms have hot showers and a pleasant atmosphere. Blankets and duvets"

"The hotel has a nice location on the beach, but the property could do with some updates. The first room I went into had a funny smell, so I reported it to reception. The male receptionist looked at me, and as if he doubted my word After I insisted, he assigned me a new room, but it was left to me to move my luggage. . No support was offered and I couldn’t be bothered to ask. I did ask if there would be any complimentary water put in the room. He said he would get housekeeping to put some water, but I’m still waiting two days later.  Power outlets in the room are limited and not designed for modern travel. No USB points. The TV is old and not smart or Internet connected. There are no cable channels so nearly all of the channels are local language apart from one CNN news channel in English.. The hotel is quite noisy and dogs. The walls are thin and guests scrape furniture across the marble floors. This is relatively easy to remedy if the hotel cared. The rooftop pool was disappointing as it’s quite small and normally full of kids. The restaurant is closed after breakfast. There is a bar, but it’s never open.. The biggest problem I had was the Internet. It did not work properly in my room and kept cutting out every few minutes. I had to stand in the corridor or come down to the lobby in order to get any decent coverage. I complained to the staff, but they did nothing and just told me it works.. This was extremely frustrating and I certainly wouldn’t come back to this hotel again."

"Great location, close to the beach and local shops. Highly recommend if on a budget and want to be close to copacabana. Only real negative is there online booking which doesn’t really accommodate non Brazilian guests. Tried to do before arriving, received about 10 emails to do this! And even then it would not accept without certain information that only Brazilian nationals have. And when we got to the hotel, they asked us to do the online check in too, which took 45 mins or so for them to realise there is a fault with it. And then checked us in within 2 mins."

"We had a room towards the street in a lower level. The noise from the street was really loud. The room towards the back was completely quiet in comparison. Overall we enjoyed the stay but would be great if they can install better windows to make all rooms quiet."

"The Location is just next to Cinelandia and Lapa in the City Center. The service at the reception was not so good.. You had to wait untii 3 p.m and you could deposit your baggage only upon paying! At certain hours breakfast people have to line up for breakfast. And mostly you have to wait long for the lift. The photos show views from the top of the Hotel"

"We were greeted with a smile as soon as we arrived! This hotel offers money exchange (from USD). The location is perfect with lots of restaurant options around the area. Favorite part in this hotel is the buffet breakfast. Lots of options to choose from! Will definitely recommend to family and friends visitng Rio!"

"I stayed at the hotel with my baby and it was truly a wonderful experience. The room was comfortable and cozy, the breakfast was delicious, and everything far exceeded our expectations as a family. I especially want to highlight the warmth and kindness of all the staff, who even held a package I had forgotten for me—a gesture that demonstrates the care and attention they put into their work. We felt right at home and will definitely be back. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything!"

"The room is a nice size and comfortable, but needs maintenance (dripping shower, leaking bidet, signs of mold in the bathroom), but if you want to save money and don't care about details, I highly recommend this hotel, as the price is fair and the location is wonderful, along with a very tasty and plentiful breakfast."
