"We did not expect a 4- or 5-star hotel to allow its internet system to remain down for an entire night. This caused a long queue at check-in, and it took us almost two hours to complete the process and be escorted to our room, as the staff were unable to issue our room access card. In addition, we had booked and paid for a room for three guests. While the room did have two large beds, only two sets of amenities were provided. View from room was good though"

"Hotels in Hong Kong are generally quite expensive with small rooms. I opted for this one primarily because its mid-range price point aligned well with my budget. The room itself wasn't small and felt quite spacious. The hotel boasts a good location. It's about a 15-minute walk from Sha Tin MTR station. Alternatively, if you prefer not to walk, several bus routes from Sha Tin station stop directly in front of the hotel, which is just one stop away. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, so don't set your expectations too high; it doesn't even compare to a typical 3-star hotel in mainland China. However, given Hong Kong's prices, this hotel offers pretty good value for money. My room only had a bathtub, no separate shower, which was a bit inconvenient as I usually shower. Interestingly, a smaller room I booked also had a shower. So, I'd recommend contacting the hotel directly when booking to clarify the room type and amenities. The hotel offers pleasant views from the room, overlooking both mountains and a river – truly beautiful and refreshing. Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. While the selection isn't extensive, it includes staples like bread, fried noodles, fried vermicelli, sausages, eggs, yogurt porridge, and siumai. Beverages like coffee, tea, and juice are also available. The food was prepared cleanly, and it was sufficient to fill you up. Both check-in and check-out processes were very quick, especially check-out, where you simply drop your room key card into a designated box. I had a relatively long stay in Hong Kong this time. For day trips, I found it very convenient to catch buses directly from the hotel entrance. Bus 81c takes you straight to Tsim Sha Tsui, and if you're heading to Sai Kung, the 299x route is direct. I visited Sai Kung for the first time on this trip to see the sea and islands, and the water was exceptionally clean. I highly recommend taking a bus from the hotel entrance; it's only about a 30-minute ride. New Town Plaza at Sha Tin station also offers a wide range of shops and some excellent dining options. All in all, this hotel provides good value for money."

"The hotel is a bit worn out, all equipments are out dated and full of dust (as shown in pictures below). The are no sound proof, noisy when other guests talking outside room 😔 No drinking water provided in room and no water dispenser machine provided. Have to spend extra money to buy water with quite high price. Not very good stay after 7years visit😔😔😔😔"

Their service felt genuine and personal, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel restaurant was another highlight. The food was fresh, especially the seafood, which was cooked to perfection. I loved having breakfast by the beach, enjoying the gentle breeze and the sound of seagulls. The buffet had a wide variety of choices, both local and international, and every dish tasted great. The facilities were also excellent — the pool was clean and had a great view of the sea, and the spa offered relaxing massages that made me feel completely renewed. Everything was well-maintained and clearly managed with care. Overall, this hotel is a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and top-quality service. It offers a peaceful environment where you can truly relax and feel connected to nature. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable seaside getaway. I will definitely return again, and next time, I plan to stay even longer to enjoy every moment by the ocean."

"The hotel is strategically located, making it very convenient for attending concerst at the Hong Kong Coliseum. Additionally, the Hung Hom bus station provides access to the A21 bus, which goes to Hong Kong Airport for a fare of 34.60HKD when using Octopus card. If you purchase an on-loan Octopus Card, you can process refund of the balance in your card at the airport departure hall, although a processing fee will be applied. Next door to the hotel is a shopping mall. The hotel also offers shuttle bus service to Middle Road in Tsim Sha Tsui exclusively for hotel guests. Be sure to check the bus schedule with front desk for availability. The breakfast is not varied, simple buffet breakfast. There is no coffee machines, only boiled coffee and tea. That's all. "Efficient check in and out. Location is perfect. Just take lift to lobby then it’s connected to a shopping mall with all kind of restaurants and shops. Also just above the MongKok East station. No matter you need to travel to which direction, Hong Kong island or new territories, just very convenient. No time to try the swimming pool this time. The Chinese restaurant at 3/F is good. service is warm. Have discount on food if you are hotel residence. Just the room is a bit dim. Room rate is reasonable . Overall is a nice hotel!"

"Overall good experience, location is convinent if you are going for 2 days stay at Disneyland HK, location is far away from city center and not many choices around 10km. Understand not providing 1-time amenities, however do not agree that we need to pay for toothbrushes kit as a whole set. Good place for family and there are some activities around hotels in the resort for kids."

"Thanks for the warm welcoming. Overall 4/5. We enjoyed our stay. Clean room, nice soundblock, its newly opened. But just too many crowd at lift lobby all the time and water in pool seems no effort on getting it warm. Plus transfer between lifts is a bit complicated."

The staff at the front desk were wonderful—very kind, helpful, and accommodating, and their ability to speak multiple languages made everything so much easier. The hotel has some great amenities, like a pool and a handy laundry room. There were invaluable water dispensers available on every floor. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, the reliable, free shuttle that runs every half hour made it a bit easier to get around."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Its location is incredibly convenient for transport; there's a bus stop right outside, and Jordan MTR station is directly below the building. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. I was particularly impressed by the large, spotless floor-to-ceiling windows – they were so clean I almost thought there was no glass, offering a fantastic view. I initially couldn't find the power outlets, but they were cleverly hidden under a flip-up panel on the desk; not difficult to locate once you know where to look."
