"We booked 2 rooms. Love one of the room with the view of the stream, especially at night . However, another room is placed at the end of the hotel which need to pass through a quiet and dark path. I was wondering why can't the host upgrade the other room to the front area which is brighter when they have total of 20 rooms but only 2 rooms were occupied on the day we checked in. Other than that, everything is fine. we got to try local food during supper and breakfast prepared by the host which was new to us. Love the serenity of this place during late night and early morning when there was not many tourists"

The lakeside view, warm private hot spring, mahjong table in the room, and the thoughtful butler and housekeeping staff were all great. Plus, the Moon Bay Food Court was super close, and the kids had a blast! The service during the Chinese New Year holiday deserves praise. Despite the large number of breakfast guests, it was organized and orderly, with efficient seating guidance and quick table clearing. The queue for the noodle station during peak hours must have made the chef feel both happy and overwhelmed! 😄 In the mornings, we hiked Renhuang Mountain to work up a sweat, spent the afternoons sunbathing and soaking in the hot springs, and evenings playing mahjong and cards. It was absolutely relaxing, and next time we definitely need to stay for more days! Hahaha."

"Room is big and nice. however the location of the room is at the corner which has no view at all. it was quite a waste though. Breakfast choices are sufficient and the best is their wanton soup. The kids enjoyed their time at the kids club and the go cart activities. the hotel area is huge but i trust they can provide more fun activities to hotel guests during their stay. eg tea ceremony, calligraphy for beginners,cooking lessons, kite making or some yoga lessons. Dora was our butler during our stay. We only met on the next day. She was trying her best to give us some recommendations for local cuisines and sightseeing ideas. We had a bad experience at a local restaurant but Dora was kind enough to try to understand the whole incident and doing her job to make our trip a memorable one. We appreciated her effort. I would recommend the hotel to those who are seeking for some peace and wanted to enjoy some me time. I would also suggest the hotel to fully utilise their space and the beautiful.environment by having more family/couple events and activities. So the hotel is.full of liveliness and energy. 收起"
