"The view is very beautiful to look at, especially at night where the lights shine. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym which is really good when you want to have a workout. The service here is great and the people here at this hotel is very nice. Come here if you get a chance, too."

"We spent 3 nights with kids. Check-in: very smooth and easy. English speaking stuff Anna Zhang was very helpful and gave us an orientation tour. She also added our WeChat so we can contact for any issues. Thumbs up! Rooms: Large and balcony viewing the lake. We are two adults and 3 kids we needed 2 rooms with 2 beds each. Activities: Evening activities were fun. The hotels provides vouchers for some activities for free. Some need a fee which are quite expensive. Like boating on the lake or bicycle. Gym: well equipped for an hotel gym. Smith machine and up to 50 lbs dumbbells. Kids club and playground: All was good. Clean and we'll maintained. I didn't used the restaurants or had breakfast include so can't rate that. Overall good experience"

"This was my second stay at New World. I'm very grateful to New World's GRO Alison for all her help, from booking to check-in. Her responsiveness during my stay was excellent; I barely had to worry about anything, allowing me to fully immerse myself in and enjoy the hotel experience. As it was the tail end of the summer holiday, New World was indeed very popular with families. The hotel was quite busy during my three-day stay, which to some extent affected the overall experience. Both the hotel's breakfast and dinner buffets are highly recommended. They offer a good selection with a distinct local flavor. Alison also helped upgrade me to a suite upon check-in, which provided a much better experience. Being on a higher floor and surrounded by trees felt wonderful. Personally, I'd recommend the higher-floor rooms over the courtyard-facing ones for more quiet and privacy. New World's spa is definitely worth experiencing. The entire process and treatment were very comfortable and relaxing. Having stayed here twice, I personally feel New World is more suitable for younger guests. Its overall Japanese minimalist style, coupled with the hotel's layout and ambiance, makes for an excellent experience for young people."

"Stayed for one night with family and friends. The hotel pool is great. The kids had a lot of fun. They also gave us a late check-out, which was great! The little animals in the squirrel tribe are all full and won't eat even if you feed them"

"The management capabilities of entertainment facilities such as billiards and billiards are insufficient. They should be inspected at least 4 times a day to see if there are any missing balls or anything... I live in 405. The table in the room is higher than the wall socket. I have to pull the table away from the wall to plug in. It's outrageous. Please refer to the following photos."

"This was my second stay, and the service truly exceeded expectations. I've stayed at numerous five-star hotels, but none have provided the level of service found here. The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly kind and, most importantly, were a real delight, making our experience so enjoyable. My family and I all agreed the service was exceptional. "The environment is very elegant and simple, retaining the brick walls and courtyard of the original old house, but also with the convenience of modern technology, and there are careful and exquisite designs everywhere. It is not a plastic internet celebrity style, but just natural. There are not too many people traveling on weekends, so it is quite comfortable. The hotel service is very meticulous and considerate. There will be a housekeeper to arrange and take care of it. The waiter has a good attitude. The boss is also very nice and patient. The dishes in Mi Cang are very delicious, the design is ingenious, and the price is quite reasonable. Huadiao wine and double skin milk are very memorable. The view of the water view suite is super good, and the room is also very spacious. It is not inferior to a five-star hotel at all. I am very satisfied and will come again next time!"

"This trip was great. This homestay has a wealth of entertainment options. Soaking in the hot springs is very pleasant and relieves the fatigue of the whole body: playing mahjong with friends and fishing are even more fun, enjoying the tranquility and joy of harvest; the karaoke facilities are also very complete, and I sang happily. Moreover, the food is quite good, and every dish seems to be carefully cooked, with fresh ingredients and authentic taste. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the warm smiles of the staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Our beds were incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night’s sleep every night of our stay. The hotel amenities were fantastic! I especially enjoyed the pool area; which was well-maintained. The on-site restaurant served delightful meals, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes.
