"It was raining cats and dogs during the Qingming Festival when we first visited Wangxian Valley. But perhaps because of the heavy rain, there were significantly fewer tourists. Strolling with my wife in the rain was quite delightful. The front desk staff, all young ladies, were professional and attentive. Understanding that we wouldn't be spending much time outdoors due to the rain, they upgraded our room, which was a very thoughtful gesture! From the small courtyard of our room, whether looking up or down, the views were simply stunning!"

"Got stuck in traffic, arrived at the hotel quite late. Master Liu Jianfeng was very enthusiastic and gave us some great recommendations. Since it was so late, we decided to eat at the hotel, and to our surprise, dinner was delicious! We practically licked our plates clean. The front desk staff, Yingying and Qiuqiu, were fantastic; they gave us two rooms and even complimentary breakfast. We're so grateful! This was just a stopover hotel, but it turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. Next time we have a chance, we'll definitely make a special trip to Shangrao to explore."

"This spur-of-the-moment trip with my bestie and her family, after poring over countless guides, led us to choose the Immortal Inn at Wangxian Valley. And we definitely made the right choice – the entire experience was absolutely fantastic! The Immortal Inn is right inside the scenic area, an excellent location that makes getting around super convenient and hassle-free. Our room was clean and comfortable, with complete amenities, making our stay with the kids worry-free. The service was warm and attentive, making everything from check-in to sightseeing effortless, with incredible attention to detail. The breakfast was especially delicious too, with a wide variety of options and great taste. Plus, they had freshly ground coffee, which I absolutely adore – starting the day with that was pure bliss! What truly blew us away was the breathtaking night view! As dusk fell, the valley lights slowly came to life. The cliffside stilt houses, lanterns, and flowing streams created a picturesque scene, like stepping into a heavenly palace from a fantasy novel. Every photo we took turned out amazing, and the ambiance was just incredible. By day, we enjoyed the green mountains and clear waters, and by night, we admired the dazzling lights. Exploring, eating, and taking photos with my bestie and the kids was both healing and joyful. This spontaneous trip ended perfectly. The Immortal Inn at Wangxian Valley is absolutely worth booking blindly; I highly recommend staying at the Inn within the valley – it perfectly combines dining, accommodation, and sightseeing!"

"This cliffside hotel is undoubtedly the most mystical and spectacular in the entire valley. However, you can't fully appreciate it from inside; you need to go down into the valley and look up to see the architectural marvel on the cliff. Staying on the valley-facing side of the scenic area offers no real view except a towering mountain. In contrast, rooms facing the central guesthouse area provide a beautiful panorama of all the guesthouses at the entrance to the scenic area, especially enchanting when lit up at night. Yet, as twilight descends and the canyon lights illuminate one by one, the crowds gather. This is when the advantage of the cliffside location truly shines – the need to escape the hustle and bustle. From the cliff, looking down, the world below shrinks into a miniature landscape. Simply gazing from afar, you command both the illusion and reality, the noise and tranquility of the entire canyon. It's like watching the human world, with all its earthly desires, unfold, yet feeling utterly detached..."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic, excellent in every way. We arrived quite late, but the staff member at the front desk was so welcoming and enthusiastic, even helping us with our luggage. The service truly is top-notch. They have a lot of amenities, but unfortunately, we only stayed one night due to our tight schedule. I'd love to stay longer next time if I get the chance. The breakfast was also great, and the mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, really helped us unwind. Thumbs up, highly recommend! It happened to be raining, but it added a different kind of beauty to the experience!"

"The homestay is relatively new, clean and tidy. The best thing is the environment, the scenery outside the window is too healing! The surrounding area is also relatively quiet, not on the road. The store service is very good, providing consultation, very sincere! Easy to eat, good taste! For children, one-stop service is great! There is also a swimming pool in the yard. The boss said that in summer, he can take us to the nearby stream to see. The children must like it! We can come back in summer!"

"A few years ago, I wanted to stay at Xipo in Zhongwei, but couldn't get a reservation. This time, to avoid the National Day crowds, I traveled a long way to stay for two nights, and it was truly worth it. The design, ambiance, cleanliness, and service quality are all exceptional. The restaurant's flavors easily won over my whole family, and I definitely gained weight after just a few meals there... The housekeeper, Xiaojie, was fantastic. He responded promptly and responsive to every request, taking excellent care of us. Every staff member I encountered at the B&B was incredibly welcoming. Beyond the usual politeness, they went a step further with a warm, ”welcome to our home” warmth, something you don't often find at peak tourist season. The day we arrived, the sun was scorching. The staff member who escorted us to our room was quite slender. On the way, another customer called, and she immediately answered the phone, carrying a heavy suitcase up the stairs with one hand. Her tone remained patient and attentive, which is truly commendable. If I had a suggestion, it would be...get a membership for the TV in the room. I hope to see you again at Xipo."

"Our stay at this hotel was the most wonderful experience of our trip to China. ❤️✨ I recommend staying multiple nights, as it allows you to relax in nature and experience Chinese culture! The friendly staff, the beautiful grounds that evoke Chinese tradition and nature, the wide range of interactive activities like hot springs and calligraphy, and the very friendly cats all made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. Transportation While many people use their cars, we took a taxi from Shangrao Station using a ride-hailing app! The trip took just under an hour and cost 102.21 CNY (approximately 2,200 JPY). On the way back, taxis were hard to come by, so we scheduled one in advance using the app. Room Waking up to the view of the mountains and autumn leaves, I felt like I was in the happiest place on earth. The bed was large, and there was a tea set, kettle, mini-fridge, and speaker. If we had any questions or concerns about the room, we were always able to communicate with the staff via WeChat, and they were always very helpful. ・Hotel Experiences There's a hot spring bath on-site, which you can use once during your stay. The bathtub is huge and has a fantastic atmosphere! At first, the water was too hot, so I had them adjust it, but the cold water came from below, so the temperature at the top didn't change easily. I thought it would have been convenient to have a board or stick to stir the water. We also had the opportunity to try calligraphy and afternoon tea! The calligraphy session was held in a room with an open, Chinese-inspired atmosphere, which was very relaxing. ・Food Breakfast was included, and we were able to enjoy a variety of Chinese-style dishes! We were very satisfied with the noodles, bread, vegetables, fruit, dim sum, and more. Dinner was also available to order separately. The flavors were mild and delicious! It was so big I couldn't finish it, so I took it back to my room for a late-night snack. 😌 ・Sightseeing in the Area On the second day, we went to Wangxian Valley! I couldn't get a ride-hailing app to work, so the staff called a taxi for us both ways. It was just under an hour's drive, and we were thrilled to enjoy the spectacular views and delicious food. We had planned to take other walks and hikes in the area, but the hotel was so good we couldn't resist. ❤️ Once again, this hostel was truly amazing—the facilities, the nature, and, most of all, the staff! Thank you so much for being so kind to us, even though we don't speak Chinese. I'd love to come back here again for another relaxing trip surrounded by nature. 🇨🇳"

"老闆一家人很熱情，人很好，會接送我們去景區，還把自家電驢借給我們用，民宿也很實惠，各種設施很新，值得入住。衹是回高鐵站的時候叫來的司機直接坐地起價要收我們兩百塊錢，最後無奈還是給了一百二，我就算小程序打車也就一百出頭，體驗很不好，跟住宿倒是無關，就是想吐槽一下當地也有不少黑司機，最好要在出發前就確定價錢，不然上車出發了再和你講價真的很無語"
