"This is a wonderful Suzhou-style garden hotel, directly connected to the Pan Gate ancient scenic area. You could easily spend half a day exploring both the hotel grounds and the scenic area, as the views are stunning both day and night. The interior is spacious and grand, with a stylish Chinese design and decor. Chinese culture, including ancient paintings and other artworks, is beautifully integrated throughout the common areas, hallways, restaurants, and guest rooms. The views from the windows are picturesque. The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, spa, and children's play area, as well as both Chinese and Western restaurants. The property itself is vast, featuring a classic Suzhou garden with pavilions, terraces, and quaint bridges scattered throughout. Everything is meticulously maintained, clean, and bright. From the front desk to the cafe and room staff, everyone is polite, warm, and highly professional, making you feel right at home! The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection. "Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Right outside the hotel is the Jinji Lake walking path. Waking up in the morning and strolling along the lake is wonderful – the air is fresh, and it's not crowded. When you get tired, there are benches to sit on. Walking in the evening before sunset, watching the sky darken and the lights across the lake slowly turn on, is incredibly relaxing. It's about a ten-minute walk east to Eslite Spectrum and twenty minutes west to Moonlight Wharf, all along the walking path, so you don't have to cross any roads, which makes it very safe. On a free weekend, a leisurely one-hour walk around the lake from the hotel, enjoying the scenery, is much more pleasant than staying cooped up in the room. For city dwellers, having a lakeside path right outside the door is a rare treat in itself. (Side note: starfish, crabs – seems like a random, perhaps playful, addition in the original text, so I've kept it as is.)"

"The best decision I made during my trip to Suzhou was staying at the Yihe Songmao Residence. The hotel itself is nestled within the Pingjiang Road Historic and Cultural District, offering a tranquil and elegant atmosphere, brimming with Suzhou charm. The check-in experience was exceptional: The rooms were clean and tidy, and the facilities were well-maintained. What truly impressed me was the impeccable service – the front desk staff were warm, professional, and any issues were promptly resolved. The hotel also provided thoughtful shuttle services; the driver not only took us to nearby attractions but also offered friendly explanations along the way, making the experience absolutely perfect. The dining exceeded expectations: Breakfast was far from perfunctory; every dish was exquisitely prepared, and you could taste the freshness of the ingredients. Due to this wonderful impression, we even chose to have our lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant environment was equally clean and comfortable, and the dishes were authentic and delicious – we could eat there for days without getting tired of it. In short, this is a boutique hotel that excels in 'environment, service, and dining.' I highly recommend it to all friends visiting Suzhou."

"I had a great stay with my family on our trip to western Suzhou this time. The room package was fantastic; from 2 PM to 10 PM, we could enjoy afternoon tea, a simple dinner, and the evening lounge. With kids, we usually head back to rest around dinner time, or if they wake up from their nap, we can still catch afternoon tea before heading out again, which was lovely. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the subway station, just a 5-minute walk away. It's also about a 20-minute walk to Jinji Lake Scenic Area, which isn't too far. There's a supermarket nearby, so dining options are convenient, and it's easy to get to various attractions. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I visit."

"The room was spacious and quite clean. We booked this hotel specifically for its hot springs, and it didn't disappoint. There are 12 pools in total, all very clean. We had unlimited access to the pools during our stay, and the provided towels and slippers were spotless. We tried all the different temperatures, ranging from 28 to 41 degrees Celsius, and really enjoyed the fish spa – it was a lot of fun! Behind the hotel, there's a mountain covered in bayberry trees with a long wooden boardwalk, perfect for hiking. After a hike, a dip in the hot springs is incredibly relaxing. We also stumbled upon electric scooters for rent along the scenic road, which was a pleasant surprise. This place is a hidden gem! We'll definitely be back when the bayberries are ripe."

"The hotel location is very good. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is also good. I just missed some yogurt but I understand this is not important. The personal was correct and professional. There are plenty swimming pool was closed. There’s no room service.  There are plenty of options to eat around the hotel. Walking distance to comercial areas and Pingjian street. "

The owner's design perfectly blends ancient charm with modern comfort; every single corner is a picturesque delight, offering endless photo opportunities. She welcomed us with refreshing watermelon and snacks right when we arrived, and even had more thoughtfully prepared for us after a long day of exploring. The beautifully designed courtyard, complete with fish, turtles, and a swimming pool, adds so much character. "Staying with our kids at the Suzhou Wangfu Jinke Hotel was a perfect experience! The hotel was clean and tidy, and every corner of the room was spotless, allowing the kids to play freely, giving us, as parents, complete peace of mind. As for the surroundings, the hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery, creating a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, tucked away from the hustle and bustle, making it a perfect place for a relaxing family outing. Regarding amenities, the superior king-size bed in the hotel room was comfortable, with just the right amount of firmness, allowing the kids to sleep soundly. The bathroom also had plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were high-quality, with meticulous attention to detail. The service was excellent! From the friendly and efficient check-in process at the front desk to the prompt response to any requests we had during our stay, the staff also offered thoughtful tips for family outings, including nearby places to go for walks. It felt warm and professional. The breakfast was plentiful, with a variety of options, including snacks and porridge for the kids, as well as special dishes for adults, all delicious. Overall, the hotel exceeded expectations, both in terms of amenities and functionality. It's a true treasure trove of family hotels. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Suzhou and recommend it to friends traveling with children."

"I was upgraded for free to a room on the 25th floor, which was large and spacious with complete facilities. The staff at the front desk, in housekeeping, and at the breakfast restaurant were all kind and friendly. The breakfast selection wasn't very diverse (I didn't see a single complete meat dish for two consecutive days)."

The venue is large enough, no need to worry about parking difficulties, 🈶 Maple forest with lake view, the room is spacious, and there is a bathtub, which is good, suitable for a family of three. The service is so satisfactory. Before you finish checking in, the front desk lady EMily chen will pour you delicious free health tea. The red date and longan health tea is delicious, and the breakfast variety is rich. Next time you come to Suzhou, I will choose Chunshen Lake Hotel!"
