"It was a family trip to the spa resort, and we booked one night with a lake view. The landscape was beautiful, but the guest rooms felt a bit old, showing signs of age. The toilet facilities were weak, and the refrigerator did not work properly, but apart from that there were no major issues during our stay. The resort itself is quite large, so it’s easy to get lost while walking around—especially at night when the hallways become dark. It’s a good idea to familiarize yourself with the directions. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, doing their best to communicate using a translation app. Since the resort is located slightly away from the main city, calling a Didi taxi may take some time, which can make going out at night a bit difficult. However, the on-site restaurant offers a wide variety of reasonably priced dishes. The spa facilities were superb and very enjoyable. The outdoor swimming pool tasted salty—perhaps it’s seawater, though I’m not completely sure. Breakfast was also satisfying, with American-style options available. Overall, the stay was pleasant. I’d be curious to try other rooms in the future, as some looked newly renovated with modern fixtures. (+) thanks for the figs for welcoming presents!"

"The most delightful surprise of my entire Weihai-Qingdao trip was this hotel. The staff were all young, warm, and friendly. There was an adorable dog and a stray cat adopted by the staff in the lobby (even those afraid of cats and dogs needn't worry, the dog was on a leash, and the cat only roamed the outdoor courtyard; they were very affectionate). The rooms were spacious, with new facilities and a private terrace. The rooms also offered direct sea views. The hotel is next to Xiaoshidao Park and very close to the popular Torch Street, a great place for photos; you can walk there along the coast, which was a wonderful experience. The hotel's public areas have a courtyard feel, with stone walls creating winding paths and unexpected surprises around every corner – I really loved this creative design. The hotel has a seaside promenade for strolling along the beach, and if the weather is warm, you can also enjoy the infinity pool. Surprisingly, the toiletries provided by the hotel were from Luca Tu! I absolutely love the brand's woody scent – ​​a delightful surprise. I even took the body lotion with me when I checked out, haha, I really love it. Overall, I would give the entire stay a five-star rating, and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance to go to Weihai again."

"This newly opened hotel upgraded me to a 180-degree sea view room for one night. I should have opted for at least a bay view room; the sea view room's location wasn't great, and changing clothes on the first floor was very inconvenient, with people constantly outside the window. I must say, the staff in Weihai were very honest. They advised me to cancel two nights after I had booked several, thinking I was staying too much. The hotel's location is a bit remote, but suitable for a quiet vacation. One drawback is that the balcony needs a table and chairs; otherwise, you'd be perfect for spending a whole day enjoying tea, reading, and the view. As for the price, considering the location, room size, and dining options, and taking into account the local conditions, it's on the high side. The people at the hotel are all beautiful and kind, and the service is excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in Weihai, and I hope it will be even better next time."
