Stepping into the lobby, you're immediately immersed in a futuristic, oceanic atmosphere, with a star-studded ceiling and marine creature decor – absolutely stunning. The elevators resemble deep-sea tunnels, displaying different deep-sea wonders as you ascend, which was incredibly novel. The room was cozy and comfortable with great natural light, and our child loved it. The balcony offered a wonderful view. All amenities were complete and of good quality; the bedding was comfortable, and the duvet and pillows were soft and warm. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the footstool for kids and the toilet seat were such thoughtful touches – definitely a big thumbs up. The hotel also offered interactive activities like flash card games, which were both fun and helped develop our child's skills. Every detail showed how much care they put in. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation, and the shuttle bus operates on a regular schedule with clear directions, so there's no need to worry about getting around. The staff were enthusiastic and highly efficient. We will definitely stay here again!"

"The room was great, and on the second day, the hotel lobby upgraded us to a sea-view room for two days. The service was excellent and very prompt whenever we needed anything. The kids' play area was clean and hygienic, and the staff were patient and meticulous. Breakfast had a rich variety of options, making for a very good experience. Getting around was also super convenient, with the tourist bus stop right across the street. I will definitely choose the Grand Hyatt Hotel again next time I visit."

"Taking my family to Chimelong this time, staying at the Hengqin Bay Hotel was absolutely worth it, definitely a five-star experience! The hotel location is super convenient, with dedicated shuttle buses directly to all the parks. There are so many buses you barely have to wait, which makes getting around incredibly easy. The ocean-themed design of the lobby immediately captured my children's attention upon entry. The areas are clearly divided, and the signposts are easy to understand. There are plenty of elevators that run quickly, so no long waits. Our room was spacious and bright, and very clean. The bedding felt great, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – ensuring our whole family had a deep sleep every night. The thoughtful details were impressive: multi-head chargers, complimentary bottled water and tea bags, and even special amenities for kids, which were very practical. We weren't disappointed with the food either. The buffet restaurant had a wide variety of dishes, the Cantonese dim sum at the Fisherman's Wharf Tea Restaurant was authentic, and the dishes at the Chinese restaurant were exquisitely prepared. The breakfast, in particular, offered local specialties and also catered to children's tastes, which was very considerate. The staff provided very professional service; check-in at the front desk was fast, bellhops proactively helped with luggage, and room service responded promptly when called. Check-out was even more convenient – just drop your key card in the express check-out box, no need to queue, which saved a lot of hassle. Other small details were also well-executed: ample parking spaces, including charging stations, which is great for those driving; the quiet hotel garden was perfect for an after-dinner stroll; and convenience stores and a pedestrian street were just a short walk away, making shopping and exploring easy. We were truly satisfied with our stay; both the facilities and service were impeccable. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Chimelong!"

In the afternoon, I checked into my pre-booked hotel, which was at least a four-star with a swimming pool and recreational facilities. It even had a revolving restaurant on the 29th floor! I was quite satisfied with the stay; the high floor offered a view of the open sea, and the bathroom had upscale amenities like a bathtub. The air conditioning worked perfectly and came on naturally, unlike some hotels where the AC can be temperamental."
