"The hotel is beautiful, and the beach is even better. However, the front desk and guest service are major downsides. When I booked for 5 people via the Trip.com app, the front desk informed me my reservation was for two double rooms and refused to provide a fifth bed without an additional fee. Hotel security refused to let taxis enter the property, forcing us to walk a considerable distance outside. Furthermore, the concierge staff refused to operate the golf cart, claiming it wasn't charged, and one staff member even told us it was exclusively for pilots and flight attendants."

"While the resort itself was huge and grand, our expectations were not met, we expected more of a Club Med vibe, but instead found ourselves in a giant resort with nothing much to it. even though they advertise over seven restaurants and specialty cuisines, they only have one main restaurant that’s open to public while the others need to be pre-booked up to two days in advance however, every morning when we stayed there, everything was already full, which left us with no option but to eat at the main restaurant which had terrible food 2 to 3 items would be OK and the rest would be absolutely terrible and we spoke to other guests as well who had the same Opinion it’s not accessible for people with disabilities or anyone who has even minor health problems is a lot of walking and climbing stairs is required even with the shuttle bus coming every 15 minutes. Their “entertainment “was absolutely terrible at the outside theater and looked like a child could’ve done better. There was some live music however sometimes it was OK but most times, especially on the upper Terrace was just loud and obnoxious not necessarily due to the performer, but I think due to sound quality and the speakers they were using, and also just adjusting the volume level to the space given. Overall, I would not recommend to stay here again and would much prefer to go to a Club Med where I know I will get quality service and food and hospitality as even staff wise while most were good and nice and accommodating, there were others who barely understood basic English or looked unapproachable. Rooms were decent but both our rooms in separate buildings smelled of sewer if bathroom doors were not closed. Overall it’s not the worst but not a place I would stay again. Even beach wise there is no leisure beach to chill on and only a pier to jump into the deep sea to snorkel which you have to pay 5$ to rent a mask and snorkel for the day which in my opinion should have been free since it’s one of their selling points. "

"The location is great, about 10 minutes by taxi from the airport. There is a McDonald's 30 seconds walk from the hotel and a small supermarket 2 minutes away, so it was convenient. There was a sign in the room saying to use the shower only a little at a time, and although I tried to be careful, the room still got flooded. "Travelled with my mother and sister. We had to split between two part. Mother was in beach part and we were in Palm. These are two parts and one has to be very clear about it. Beach is better posher hence more expensive. Especially restaurant! Palm guests can not use Beach restaurant for free. It is 4$charge per meal per guest. Different colours ribbons…. Differentiate guests. Beach and bars and swimming pools could be shared. If one is after reefs and coral fish- forget it! Not the right location."

Predatory Pricing The photo fee (equivalent to 50% of the boat tour cost) constitutes exploitative pricing under Egyptian consumer protection laws. 3. Unacceptable Room Conditions & Facility Mismanagement Room Assignment Failure My reserved Twin Bed Room was switched to a King Bed Room without prior notice or consent. Hygiene and Maintenance Negligence Day 1: Missing basic toiletries despite repeated requests. Day 2: The replacement room had broken plumbing: the shower alternated scalding hot and freezing cold water, resulting in respiratory illness (medical report attached as Exhibit 5). Unlawful Pool Access Restriction Staff forcibly prohibited me from using the pool during posted operating hours, refusing to provide written policy documentation. 4. Breach of Commitment to Accountability Duty Manager verbally pledged a ”written resolution” As of today, no response has been received."
