"Honestly, no exaggeration, this place is really close to the airport, and the breakfast was good. The rooftop pool is a highlight – swimming while watching planes take off and land is an amazing experience. What really surprised me was the front desk staff; they were incredibly service-oriented, polite, and always greeted me with a smile, which left a fantastic impression! There's a very professional SPA on the sixth floor that's definitely worth checking out. Finally, the only real drawback is that the windows in the cheaper rooms don't open. The air circulation isn't great, and there was a bit of a stale smell. The platform showed these rooms had windows, but they just don't open. If you're sensitive to that, I'd recommend booking a slightly more expensive room. And when you're in Bali, you absolutely have to visit Kelingking Beach – it's breathtaking in person..."

"So, this hotel is super close to Bali airport, which is handy! Plus, it's surrounded by tons of cool local spots to check out, and the beach and ocean are literally right there. Inside, the hotel's got this awesome water play zone – kinda like a mini waterpark – and a little sandy area for kiddos to play. Oh, and you can even play water polo! The whole place is pretty big, too. The best part? They offer free photo shoots, which is amazing for getting some sweet family pics! They have a teams of photographers and tonnes of props!"

"Beautiful place. Staff very professional and friendly. Room was presented beautifully. Great communication before arrival. I requested a mozzie machine to be installed before we arrival and it was there. Special thanks to Flo and Erika both very helpful. Montigo Resort was in a part of Seminyak we hadn’t been to before it’s away from the sea, but there was a shuttle down to the beach. Coming back form the beach was only a few dollars in a taxi. Security guards were on duty to help us get over the road as the traffic was very busy but you don’t hear the noise from the pool or rooms. 3 pools to choose from one is open 24 hours. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with fresh coffee on offer. Thank you Montigo we will see you soon."

"The location is good because it's close to the airport. There are also many traditional food options nearby. The only thing I could see when I opened the window was that the wall was closed, so I couldn't see the outside view. Also, in my bedroom, there was a door adjacent to someone else's room. Even though it was locked, it was a bit strange."

"Stayed at The Anvaya Beach Resort Bali recently and honestly had a really nice experience. The service here is what stood out first — the staff are genuinely warm and helpful, not in a forced hotel way but in a very natural, Balinese hospitality kind of way. Check-in was smooth and throughout the stay everyone was attentive and friendly. We booked a pool access room and I’d highly recommend doing that if you can. Being able to step straight from the room into the pool made it feel a bit more private and relaxing, especially in the mornings or late afternoon. The room itself was spacious with a big comfy bed, and the minibar being refilled daily (included) was a great bonus that you don’t always get elsewhere. Breakfast was another highlight — lots of variety, good quality food, and enough options that it didn’t feel repetitive even after a few days. Overall, really solid stay. Comfortable, great service, and good value for what you get. Would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Bali."

"Had a wonderful stay at Lloyd’s! Lloyd’s Inn is a beautiful boutique hotel. The 'nature-meets-minimalism' theme is executed perfectly. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, and the smart TV was a nice touch for a rainy afternoon. The pool area is smaller than a typical resort but very tranquil. Great location with plenty of cafes and shops just outside the door. Highly recommend for solo travelers or couples! Also, parking is limited if you’re bringing a car, but it's perfect if you're on a scooter."

"The room was spacious and well-designed, but I wasn't keen on the location. The breakfast was really disappointing – barely enough to fill me up. I come to Bali frequently, and this is the worst hotel food I've ever had. And it wasn't cheap either, so definitely not good value for money. I only stayed for one night as it was just a stopover before heading to Nusa Dua."

"This hotel was our last stop in Bali, and it was also the best experience we had, even better than the Alaya which cost over 1200 a night, it truly felt warmer. First, I have to give a shout-out to the two security guards at the hotel entrance. When we arrived by taxi and tried to pay, the driver didn't have change. We were getting anxious when the first security guard immediately came over and offered to exchange money from his own wallet. When he realized he didn't have enough, he even went elsewhere to get change for us. It felt incredibly heartwarming. Later today, we found it was raining at the hotel entrance and we didn't have an umbrella. We stood there for about two minutes, hoping the rain would stop, when another security guard proactively brought us an umbrella. In Bali, where there's a language barrier, the staff at this hotel made us feel so incredibly welcomed! Plus, the hotel's location is right next to Kuta Beach and very close to the mall, just a 5-minute walk. Highly recommend!"
