"The hotel is very small, shop, not busy and has all the luxury. The staff are ready to help you day and night. The service is good but the staff is so helpful and subdued that it feels almost uncomfortable. The breakfast is a la carte, and you will have two choices every time, very diverse and with healthy options. The hotel has a great deal of facilities such as snorkeling with a guide (including) if you wish. However, the hotel was very difficult to find algae on the beach when we were there (in July). They can do little more, it is cleaned regularly, but the split algae are kept a little next to the beach, and then removed. The location is tricky. "The hotel is pretty and clean, I can tell it’s newly opened. But the staffs definitely needed more training. The pool is pretty small, you can’t really swim in there. The jacuzzi was out of service, they don’t provide towel at the pool, even if you asked, they said they were going to get it but they never came back. Service is poor I would say."
