"I stay here 2 nights as I came to Sabah to join ultra trail run. The staffs are amazing and this hotel is near to the hotel I take bus to running starting point. The distance to the downtown is short also. Easy to get Grab car. Highly recommended for those who want quiet hotel from the noices in the city."

"This was my third time staying at the Kaseh Hotel in Kota Kinabalu, and I brought my mother along for a trip. As always, the stay was incredibly satisfying! Service: The front desk staff were warm and helpful, offering check-in services in both Chinese and English. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and plentiful, with a wide variety of dishes that my mother particularly enjoyed. When cleaning the room, they always replenished necessary disposable items and even helped tidy up clothes on the bed and toiletries in the bathroom, which was very thoughtful. Cleanliness: The hotel was clean and tidy, with daily room cleaning service. Environment: The location is extremely convenient. Taking a Grab to city attractions is always within a ten-minute drive, making it easy to get to Sutera Harbour for island hopping and Gaya Street. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It's only about a ten-minute Grab ride from the airport, so there's no need to wake up extra early to catch a flight. Getting around to and from the hotel is very convenient. Facilities: As always, the facilities are complete. You can take hotel towels with you for island hopping and snorkeling, just remember to return them. There are plenty of drying racks, perfect for hanging clothes. There's also an outdoor swimming pool. Hope to see Kota Kinabalu again next time!"

"Pros: Location: It's not in the busiest area, but the main attractions are within walking distance. Room: My 8th-floor room faced the river, offering a peaceful environment and a beautiful sunrise view in the morning. The room came with a basic kitchen and utensils, allowing for cooking. There's also a pool and gym available on the 4th floor. Customer Service: The customer service was quick to respond to issues like internet problems, and providing bottled water and toilet paper. However, items I asked staff to deliver to my room (like bottled water) were significantly delayed. Self-check-in was convenient, and no deposit was required. Suggestions: Provide bottled water upon check-in (my friend, who booked an SCSP apartment with another company, had 10 bottles already in their room upon arrival). Add clearer instructions for the hot water switch in the bathroom (I had to ask customer service to find out where it was). Room cleanliness needs improvement; the sofa was dusty. I suggest arranging for cleaning during longer stays."

"Easy access to town. Walking distance to Food Court. Homestay provided with basic amenities such as iron, towel, toiletries, good wifi services, have swimming pool and convenience store just beside the lobby. The view was fantastic with city view. Car park inside the building is a challange. However,outside the building have many parking space. The room is clean. The towels smell nice. The sofa stained and the bed a bit dusty. Though-Mattress was comfy and toilet was clean (only the shower head a bit leak). Anyway, hot water just nice and Just need to pat off the matress and pillow for good night sleep."

"This hotel is perfect for a first or last night stay when flying directly between Taipei and Kota Kinabalu. We were very satisfied with everything, and it offers great value for money. All the hotel facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool, which exceeded our expectations, and its poolside bar is truly cool and beautiful. The food and drink prices are also very reasonably cheap! Highly recommended!"

The first thing that caught my eye when I entered the room was the view outside the window; you could see the entire landscape, and the vista was exceptional. All the facilities in the room were new and complete, the bedding was just the right firmness for a very comfortable sleep, and the desk height was perfect for my laptop. I usually don't book breakfast when I reserve a hotel, but I saw a special deal this time and many people raved about the variety, so I decided to try it. There was indeed a good selection, and I especially enjoyed the hot noodles from the noodle station. Oh, one thing I wasn't happy with was the elevator's scent – it was way too strong.
