"Despite a late check-in, I received a very warm and professional welcome from the front desk, which immediately made me feel at ease. The room was extremely clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect for resting before a flight. The shower had strong, consistent water pressure, which was a big plus. I had an early check-out to catch my flight, and the free shuttle service to the terminal was very well organized. Although there was a short queue, it moved very quickly. The driver was friendly, helpful, and courteous, making the transfer smooth and stress-free. Overall, a great stay. I will definitely choose Sama-Sama Hotel KLIA again for my future flights."

"I had a really pleasant stay at Mövenpick Hotel & Convention Centre KLIA. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and well maintained, giving a premium and comfortable feel from the moment we arrived. We initially booked a Twin Room, but requested an upgrade with extra payment, and were upgraded to a Deluxe King Bed room. The room was spacious, elegant, and very comfortable. The bathroom design was excellent—there is both a bathtub and a separate shower, and the bathroom doors are accessible from two directions, which made it very convenient. As we were travelling with a baby, we requested a baby cot, and the hotel provided it. We also needed a place to store ice bricks since the room fridge did not have a freezer, and the staff assisted us with that request. Breakfast starts at 6:30am, but unfortunately we were unable to have it even though it was paid for, as we had to rush for an early morning flight. The hotel provides an airport shuttle service to KLIA. Although we had made a booking, my name was somehow misplaced. Thankfully, the shuttle van driver was very helpful and still assisted us and sent us to the airport even though my name was not on the list. However, there was one major downside. The shower water heater had an issue, where the water became extremely hot even after adjusting, making it difficult to bathe my baby in the early morning. While we could have reported it, it was around 4am, and changing rooms at that hour would have been very difficult due to the amount of luggage we had and our early airport transfer at 6am. Unfortunately, this really spoiled part of the experience. Overall, the hotel is beautiful and comfortable, with helpful staff and good facilities, but the shower heater issue needs attention, especially for families travelling with young children."

Having a dedicated space to enjoy a long, hot soak after a day of sightseeing was the perfect luxurious touch—a true treat that elevated the entire stay. Finally, the host was incredibly nice and accommodating. Their communication was prompt and kind, ensuring I had everything I needed for a flawless and memorable stay. If you are looking for a unit that offers tranquility, genuine style, and outstanding comfort (plus that amazing tub!), look no further. Highly recommended"

"When I booked this room, I didn't realise it wasn't a hotel. Getting keys and code was very difficult because there was no reception and it's a self-check in. There is security to help. It would have been easier if I could make phone calls or if I had WhatsApp. Eventually I was able to communicate via WeChat. The host was helpful and tried hard to help me given it was close to midnight by the time I was able to get into my room. The suite was big with a good view. It's an older room with some broken facilities. I took a while to figure out how to make the hot water work and turn on the air conditioner. There's a separate little button to push near the light switches. It was quite and I had a great sleep. There were many restaurants close by but they're mostly Chinese food. It's a 15min walk to a local area and that's mostly Pakistani Muslim food. I was able to have Malaysian food at the airport on my flight out."

"Stayed in an overwater villa and honestly, it was much quieter than I expected. The room was spacious, lots of natural light, wooden floors, high ceiling — felt comfortable the moment we walked in. The best part was the bathroom. Showering while looking straight out at the sea hits different, especially during the day. It’s one of those moments that makes you slow down without trying. The balcony is huge. Sitting there in the morning or near sunset, just watching the water and the other water villas, was really calming. No rush, no noise. Overall, it’s not a flashy kind of luxury, but more of a peaceful, laid-back stay. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet to properly switch off, this place does the job."

"I recently stayed at Citadines DPulze Cyberjaya and had a comfortable and convenient experience. The location is excellent—right above the DPulze Shopping Centre, which makes access to food, shopping, and basic necessities incredibly easy. The studio apartment was clean, well-equipped with a kitchenette, and had a cozy workspace, which was great for both relaxation and work. Staff were polite and responsive, and check-in was smooth. The building also felt secure, with keycard access to the rooms and elevators. While the facilities like the gym and pool were adequate, they could use a little refresh. Housekeeping was regular but could be more thorough in some areas. Overall, it’s a great option for business travelers or short-term stays in Cyberjaya, offering good value and a strategic location."

"truly loved the experience! i booked the deluxe room with garden view and honestly did not expect it to be that big but it was! the room deco was so nice and aesthetically very comforting, giving getaway to nature vibes. the resort itself is very pretty, went to the gym - great facility. went to swim and absolutely lovee the pool! the breakfast was also so good with so many variety of food to choose from. only one little suggestion for improvement would be to fix some of the roads especially the ones going to the room 😅 but overall i genuinely enjoyed the stay 💗"

"A very simple yet pleasant hotel. The rooms are comfortable despite not being large, and you can park right in front of your room. The front desk service was quick and efficient. The Negeri Sembilan food available, especially the spicy options, is incredibly delicious for those who love heat. Breakfast also offered a good variety. The swimming pool even has a slide, though there were quite a few leaves in it from the surrounding trees – but it was still perfectly fine for a swim. The pool is open until evening, creating a cheerful atmosphere with music playing. Its location is also not far from The Shaftsbury and Tamarind Square. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cyberjaya."
