"We enjoyed our 4 nights stay in savoy,though the rooms are not that spacious,but enough to move around with luggages, the food is also tasty, everyday they have different menus,the amenities and the view, on the 18th floor is wow...you can see the landscape of cebu by day and by night..memorable indeed..we enjoyed our pool and beach time too.. we will definitely come back again, all the staffs are so nice and polite..special thanks to the feont desk Jeremy, we enjoyed our last 2 nights stay because of him."

"Cold AC, Hot shower, nice workers, good cheap price, moved the beds together and it was dirty underneath with food crumbs but i understand. Pretty cool they have the kitchen and sink with cabinets. Someone jiggled the door handle on the next room for whatever reason why. Also had to put a 2k php deposit down as well i was shocked. Two small waters but clean sheets and towels. Good area too. Windows and doors allow street noise to come inside as well as anyone in the hallways. Nonetheless i will stay again"

"I have been using Costabella for nearly 20 years and have always considered it a pleasant, well maintained hotel. In fact I even got married here! However, during my most recent stay, the experience fell noticeably short of expectations. We booked a poolside room and, after check in, I was genuinely surprised to find that the room was on the third floor. Based on my many previous stays, I had always understood poolside rooms to be those adjacent to the pool at ground level. If you are booking a poolside room, be aware that this may not be the case and expectations should be managed accordingly. The room itself was a little dated in style, but it was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. Housekeeping was consistent throughout the stay, which helped offset the older décor. The pool area is relatively small but generally well maintained. Unfortunately, it was extremely crowded throughout the day due to the large number of day pass visitors. As a result, there were no chairs or loungers available for hotel guests for most of the day, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the beach area was clean and pleasant. The food was the main let down. The buffet breakfast would rate no more than 4 out of 10. Much of the food had not been replenished, including empty juice and coffee stations, and what remained was cold and unappetising. However, it was better on the second day. Dinner was equally disappointing. Several main courses were served cold and had to be sent back to the kitchen twice. In the end, we cancelled two seafood dishes altogether, as reheating raised concerns about food quality and safety. The steak, which was once a highlight of Costabella for me, was extremely tough and far below the standard I have previously enjoyed. Overall, Costabella still has many positive qualities, but this stay did not reflect the standards I have previously associated with the resort and this will be my last visit. Unless the quality of the food and the management of guest capacity improve, I would find it difficult to recommend Costabella based on this recent experience."

"It is a nice location to travel to town or even just stay in the hotel. The breakfast has variety choices and wont get bored easily. For the photo of the towel, actually we request for 2 more bottle of mineral water but I don’t know why the house keeping talk about towel. And we check in for two adult but the house keeper insist only give one towel and not even a hand towel. At the end, we call to receiptionist to request the towel and they mentioned they suppose to provide 2 towels. Their internal communication within department shall be enhanced for this. Others cleanliness and hygiene is still acceptable"

"It’s so nice to be here! We are well accommodated by the staffs except for the staff who said we have a lot of request when in fact, they have to give it right away by the time we check in but we still have to request again and again. There’s no cashless when we went in the area due to maintenance and that you have to bring cash with you instead. Overall, we are still satisfied of some staff and the place especially for Family. Recommendable!"

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, as it is close to the airport, which makes it perfect for travelers with early or late flights. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, and the room had all the basic amenities I needed for a short stay. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They assisted me quickly with check-in and were always willing to help with any questions. Their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel offers great value for money. Considering the location, service, and comfort, the price was very reasonable. The airport shuttle service was also very convenient and saved a lot of time. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and airport-friendly place to stay. I would definitely stay here again."

"Stayed for 2 nights with my family — our first time to try the new building/wing — and it truly exceeded our expectations. We were given two adjacent rooms with a common access area, making it feel like we were staying in our own private suite. The rooms were impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. The pool view from our rooms was soothing and relaxing, setting the perfect tone for a family getaway. Breakfast at the 12th floor was a delightful experience. We used to dine at Abalone in the OJ Wing during previous stays, but this time was extra special — great variety, excellent food quality, and warm, attentive staff who made the morning even more pleasant. The service throughout the resort was consistently exceptional — from check-in, housekeeping, and dining staff, everyone was courteous, welcoming, and always ready to help. Facilities are well-maintained, and the entire environment truly makes it feel like a premium family vacation destination. Highly recommended for family bonding and leisure. "We had an amazing and memorable time in tambuli. First, the room is so cozy and clean The amenities i love the nature vibes of the entire resort they preserved the trees. Second, I love the pool area it was heated with a jacuzzi. I had an amazing time at the pool bar during the happy hour. Third, there's a trumpet performer at the lobby during the night it was so relaxing to end your day while having dinner. There's a restaurant beside the lobby. Lastly, the service was fantastic, very accommodating, and hospitable they're not intimidating they're so helpful to everyone."

"The place was great for Family bonding. Staff were warmth and accommodating but needs to improve more on check in process as it’s quite long to wait for an hour. Anyhow! Still grateful to relax here."
