"My new favorite hotel! I’m glad I chanced upon this hotel on Trip.com. It’s a great choice for families. Beds are big, and the amenities are really good. They have a game room, a gym, and a pool at the rooftop. I especially loved their pool (heated) since it was warm, which made swimming very enjoyable. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast, and the staff were very accommodating, they packed food for our companions who couldn’t come down to eat. Service overall was excellent. This hotel is perfect for a staycation, and we definitely plan to come back. The only downside was the extra bed. It felt really hard, almost like plywood without a mattress. My nephew didn’t mention or complain about it, so I only discovered it shortly before we were about to check out. Had I known earlier, I would have asked the staff to replace it."

"We chose to stay at Harolds during our first visit to Quezon City because of its positive reviews. Initially, we didn't expect much since we planned to spend most of our time out and about. However, we were impressed by the service of front office staff. They were friendly and accommodating, quickly addressing our request for a room change and providing plenty of toiletries and clean towels. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We recommend booking rooms without balconies that are closer to the lift, as that's where the water dispensers are located. The breakfast is satisfactory if you prefer not to venture outside for a quick meal. For a short stay, the location is convenient, offering easy access to transportation, restaurants, and attractions. Overall, it provided excellent value for the price. Note: The room size should exclude the balcony, which is unusable and exposed to extreme weather."

"The service was amazing! The staff and managers were very kind and helpful. However, the hotel was fully booked and the breakfast buffet was packed. The pool was also full of guests. It was a bit overwhelming to see too many people. While the place was a bit crowded during the holiday season, I’ll give them a 10/10 for the service and food. "A Relaxing Stay with a View (and a few quirks) at Eastwood Richmonde Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying in a one-bedroom suite at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel, and while it wasn't perfect, it certainly provided a comfortable and convenient base for my trip. The Highlight Reel: * That View! My suite offered stunning scenic views, which really elevated the overall experience. Waking up to that each morning was a definite plus. * Shower Power: The shower was fantastic - great water pressure and a unique see-through glass wall option for those who dare! * Service with a Smile: The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued. * Eastwood Convenience: The hotel's location in Eastwood City is unbeatable. With shops, restaurants, and entertainment options all within walking distance, I had everything I needed right at my doorstep. A Few Minor Hiccups: * Time for an Update? While my suite was spacious and comfortable, some of the facilities felt a bit dated. stained sofa, cigarette smelling carpets. A little refurbishment here and there would go a long way. * Magnetic Mayhem: A heads-up for fellow travelers in the digital age: the hotel still uses old-school magnetic keycards. It seems my phone has a strong magnetic field, and I kept accidentally demagnetizing my keycard! This meant a few extra trips down to the front desk for replacements. A minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of. Perhaps it's time for the hotel to consider upgrading to a more modern RFID system, which wouldn't be susceptible to this kind of interference. Overall: Despite the slightly dated facilities and the keycard quirk, I enjoyed my stay at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel. The combination of a great location, friendly service, and that incredible view made it a worthwhile experience. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Eastwood City and prioritize convenience and a great view, this hotel is definitely worth considering. Just be mindful of your phone's magnetic prowess if you're carrying your keycard nearby!"

"We enjoyed the pool more than anything there! The location was quiet. Less people. Big rooms and bigger beds. My kids enjoyed our stay!"

"It wasn't bad for a cheap stay but I'll be reluctant to do this AirBnB business model again. Security is ridiculously tight (they'd hold onto my driver's license during my stay), and any visitors would have to do an extensive registration process even for a short visit. Granted, unlike my last apartment stay, support was available when I needed it. They fixed the malfunctioning boiler quickly. the apartment had a washing machine, yet no dryer nor even clothing lines. Let's be real: the washing machine is for marketing purposes, not to practically address any need you have. Likewise, while a small kitchen is present, without the full complement of kitchenware, the kitchen is rather pointless. There was almost nothing besides a few bowls and plastic spoons. Travellers, might they choose to cook, shouldn't be expected to take kitchenware with them. There lies the problem I have with this AirBnB-style stay: it doesn't offer anything a hotel doesn't have, but much less, such as lack of both housekeeping and a safety-deposit box. It's for the budget-travellers and backpackers only, who happen to take cooking utensils with them."

"I enjoyed our stay at Ibis Styles Manila Araneta City. I enjoyed their rooftop bar and pool area. The only cons is that the bar would bw closed to guests when there is a private event. The music and vibes in the area is amazing. I also enjoyed the evenings when they have a dj playing nice mixes. The food at Streats is also at par with other restaurants. Their order and pick up menu is affordable. If you missed the buffet breakfast you have some options available. The room at 21 sqm is just enough. They have comfy and clean bed. They offered refillable water bottles and quite accessible dispensing units for drinking water. The location is very accessible. It is within the Gateway Mall Complex, MRT and LRT stations. You do not even have to step outside. Other things should be considered is that of you are an Accor Member, the booking you made through Trip.com will not be credited to the ALL loyalty programs. You might as well book it through the ******* or directly through the website of the property."

"Good hotel with spacious bathrooms but could have a bit more privacy with locks. When we first arrived, the blinds for the bathroom was not working/stuck so had fo call reception about it. They fixed it but took some time. It would have been better if it was checked after every guest. Breakfast is great with so much variety. Location is convenient with malls and shops around but can be very busy."

"Great stay with my kids the good thing i like it was very convenient to go to the mall as it has an accessible way going inside.Clean pool and the water is warm very nice staff and great service.Will definitely book again here this summer"
