"The location is excellent, though the room was a bit small. We booked for three people, and my child absolutely loved the bunk bed design. Overall, everything was great and it offered good value for money. We even saw little birds while having breakfast. Breakfast was decent; the menu basically rotated every other day, but it had all the essentials. The service was also good."

"For this price, don't expect too much from the cleanliness. Lower your expectations, and you might find it just about okay. The pros: It's close to the Rainbow Police Station, Fort Canning Park, and the Little India temple. Public transport and MRT stations are a guaranteed 10-minute walk away, and there's a 7-Eleven within 5 minutes. Even though it was hot and we were tired in the afternoon, the kids still had energy, so we let them go to the pool. It's small, which is good, and not too deep, so I just relaxed on a lounge chair while they had a blast all afternoon. Clarke Quay is right next door. Cleanliness is just average, and the rooms are small. Next time, if I increase my budget slightly, I'd stay at the Ascott Roberson House nearby."

"The spring water pool is great! There's a 7-Eleven downstairs and a free buggy stop, and the beach is just across the road. The location is excellent, though the room facilities are a bit old and the air conditioning is very noisy. There are squirrels, peacocks, and monitor lizards on the hotel grounds... very interesting."

"so far i stayed here, the service was good, the room not too clean and the room quite small. they didn’t provide iron & iron board, but you need to go downstairs at level 4 to iron your clothes. they also have a self service laundry at the level 4. the hotel is near to the mrt station (lavender station) and the attraction places. and also, it is easy to get halal food. for those who have a budget for your trip, i’ll recommend to stay at this hotel 👍🏻"

"Truly a beautiful hotel with colonial architecture and modern design elements, very high class and unique environment, location in sentosa is also very convenient and relaxing. I feel a sense of heritage and special treatment when arrived, the staff is very thoughtful and attentive to our needs. The room is big and spacious, beds and pillows are nice and comfortable, full amenities provided, we also love the swimming pool very much and explore around the hotel. The food is nice and delicious with lots of variety to choose, truly a superb hotel and recommended."

"It is a nice hotel and located very strategically. Its easy to go anywhere as it is within walking distance to 2 MRT systems (Dhoby Gaut & Somerset) and plenty of buses. Big malls such as orchard, Singapura Plaza, and Takashiyama is also just a stone away. The place itself is clean, and proper. Good for a short gateaway."

"Stayed at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road and had a really pleasant experience. The location is excellent, just across the street from the famous Arab Street area, so food and shopping options are right at your doorstep. The suite was spacious, with a separate bedroom and living room that comfortably hosted a small 10-pax gathering. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a Nespresso machine and Batcha coffee, which was a nice touch. We also enjoyed a great view of the Singapore Flyer from the room, especially at night. The small 1.1m infinity pool was amazing, with a beautiful skyline view that made it a great spot to relax and unwind. We were celebrating our child’s birthday and were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful birthday cake from the team. It was a thoughtful gesture that made the celebration extra special. The only downside is that there’s no breakfast buffet on Sundays and public holidays, which was a bit disappointing. Other than that, the stay was smooth and comfortable. Overall, highly recommended."

"The biggest plus of this hotel is its location and surrounding amenities. It's right next to a subway and bus station, with a food court and fast food restaurants nearby, making it super convenient to get to attractions. While the lack of hot water in the morning was a minor drawback, the overall experience was still great."

"1. The location is excellent, very close to the shopping malls on Orchard Road. Since we were traveling with elderly people and children, we took taxis everywhere to minimize walking. It took us until the third day to realize that exiting directly from the front door would lead us closer to the main shopping street. 2. The hotel facilities are quite old, and the rooms show their age. In room 330, where we stayed, the bathtub had a leaking pipe. We reported it to housekeeping, but nothing was done. Despite being old, the beds are very large. We booked a room with one king-size bed and one single bed, which was very accommodating for a family with two children, especially when traveling with seniors. There was plenty of space for everyone. The hotel has a peculiar smell; if you're sensitive to odors, I'd recommend requesting a room change early. 3. The hotel doesn't provide complimentary bottled water, but you can buy it at the front desk for S$2 a bottle, which is slightly cheaper than 7-Eleven. Most of the front desk staff speak English. I'm not sure if it's because we're Chinese, but when we checked in, Korean guests were given high-floor rooms, while we were assigned a very low room on the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor itself isn't a problem, but lower-floor rooms tend to have a smell. If this bothers you, it's best to mention it in advance. We arrived in Singapore past 2 AM, so we were too tired and just wanted to rest, so we didn't bother discussing it with the front desk. I had also requested 'no corner room' when booking, but we were given the very last room on the floor, so the request was completely ignored. 4. The hotel has a swimming pool, which is quite convenient, with two pools – one deep and one shallow. Overall, it offers good value for money, with large rooms and an excellent location. If you don't mind the potential odor on lower floors, the outdated facilities, and the somewhat average service, it's still a very cost-effective choice (especially since we were out all day and only returned to sleep at night)."

"Decent hotel, but the facilities maybe a bit old. The water heater took a while to get to the right temperature if not sometimes too hot or too cold. The drainage also clogged and water overflowed on the first night of my stay. But thanks to Samantha being so helpful and resolved the issue by asking technician to come immediately. She even offered 1 day of free breakfast, kudos to the service."
