"I chose this hotel because I booked an early boat to Phi Phi Island the next day. In general, I was very satisfied with the price-performance ratio for a night. Of course, the facilities are relatively simple. I arrived late the night before. There was a seafood restaurant opposite. Although the price was not expensive, many dishes were salty. There were other restaurants farther away. We arrived after 8 o'clock. I heard from the hotel that the restaurant opposite closed at 8:30, so we were in a hurry to go. The pier is a 15-minute walk from the hotel, which is convenient. They can arrange airport pick-up from Krabi Airport. If there are 5-6 people, it is cheaper than two cars or 10-seater cars at the airport."

"The bungalow was a good size and had a nice bath. But it needed some refurbishing and it was a long walk from the front of the hotel, in fact almost by the East Beach. And there are no hotel facilities by the East Beach. The walk included a long stretch with aircon units and little shade (see the photo). The buffet breakfast was very good. stated prices for food and drink had 17% added to them for tax and service."

"The hotel is a ten-minute walk from the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants, shops, and pharmacies nearby, which is very convenient. It's also easy to join organized boat tours or take a taxi to explore attractions like the Emerald Pool. Our room was clean, and the staff always greeted us with a smile. We stayed in a room in the inner building, and the soundproofing was excellent. We were very satisfied with our Krabi trip this time."

"The hotel is lovely and service was pretty good, but not perfect. We were a little annoyed we couldn’t check in early and several others had. The previous guests left early, so they could have accommodated and early check in, but didn’t. It’s not a hill to die on, but small things. Overall pool, restaurant and room were great. Bed was not as comfy as other places, but still good and very spacious room with lovely balcony and shower. The breakfast was great. Lots of options! I would recommend and stay again. It’s a bit far from ao nang beach, but we stayed knowing we wouldn’t be leaving as we had already done islands and beaches."

"Once you get past the excellent location, and pretty nice decor, the fun ends there. The staff (with the exception of the valet/lot attendants and the barista in the lobby) were generally unfriendly throughout the process. Not warm in any way. I do not have a problem with Muslims but I quickly got the sense that that we would have been treated differently had my wife been wearing a hijab. Aside many many judgmental glances, the unwillingness to offer basic extras that every hotel I have been to in this world without a charge, was off putting. Extra pillows, “no sir, 4 is enough”. Extra blanket for blanket for my 6 year old “200 Bhat sir”. One extra hour to checkout since our plane is not leaving until 4:20 pm. “No sir, we are booked, you WILL check out at noon”. Breakfast ******. And not just because “chicken ham isn’t ham” but because this was basically a very slightly elevated continental breakfast. When I stay at a “Resort and Spa” I am not expecting “Comfort and Suites in Nebraska” for Breakfast. At least give me the good waffle maker if that is the case. Breakfast continued: I have had acceptable coffee from espresso machines. It’s possible. Whatever came out of this Nescafé machine no matter which beverage was chosen, tasted burnt and terrible. I gladly paid the Barista for Lavazza, which was serviceable, but not special. The bottom line is, this place might be winning a few green awards, and it may have a decent spa, but the ability to make the guest feel welcome or special is not up to resort standards, and definitely not up to Thai standards. A one time only stay for us."

"The hotel is in East Riley. The friend who came from Ao Nang was disembarked in West Riley. It still needs a long way to get to the hotel. It takes about ten minutes. "Located down a small alley off Ao Nang's main street, the hotel is considerably quieter than places right on the bustling strip. We felt very safe, and there are even a few shops lining the alley. Although it's a bit of a walk to Ao Nang Beach, the hotel offers a complimentary tuk-tuk shuttle service, with the schedule readily available. The resort has a limited number of rooms, and its natural environment is fantastic, with lizards, squirrels, and geckos roaming around. Don't worry, I asked – no snakes! The front desk also provides a shuttle service for pick-ups and drop-offs directly at your room within the resort. We originally booked a Coconut Hut, but after communicating by email in advance, we were upgraded to a Lake View Bungalow upon check-in. I absolutely loved the small hammock on the balcony! Breakfast by the lake was incredibly pleasant. It was a buffet with complimentary à la carte options like roti, pancakes, and shakshuka. They even surprised us with a small cake! The resort's swimming pool was also very relaxing, with a bar nearby where you can order snacks and drinks to enjoy on the sun loungers. Service: Every staff member was incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a smile. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient, handled with great patience. We would definitely choose this place again on our next visit!"

"B2 in Krabi, it means good price and good quality for sure! Clean room, clean shower, cozy design, nice swimming pool and what is important- is unbelievable great green mountains view ))) I never see anything like this before! Nothing to say about breakfast because it was only wrap, but cappuccino is best in Krabi without any doubt. Great thanks to manager and hotel team, especially professionals who work hard in garden and keep rooms tidy and clean. If you are hungry there is real Italian pizzeria nearby, where we enjoy delicious dinner. We would like to stay there much more longer because it’s quiet and beautiful hotel in the cradle of nature."
