"A very nice urban hotel with many tourist locations within reasonable walking distance. The staff is helpful and sweet, rooms are clean. Breakfast is ok, it lacks variety and simple food in my opinion. But afternoon tea is fantastic. The swimming pool is not big and the suntanning area has limited place, but it was right in our floor, so we enjoyed it as much as we could. The gym has no AC, so it was mostly useless for me, as I always lack air everywhere. Our room had a whole other room with a dedicated kitchen and washing machine and living area, which is fantastic. But it is placed very to some kindergarten around the corner, which was very load and audible."

"Very nice stay in the biggest building of Vietnam. The staff is helpful, however it should be noted that you should not go to the main reception in the building. When you arrive, you should either call or message the hotel. They will then send their staff-team to help you, where you will get a card to the room and the code to the door. The hotel is very modern, with security 24/7, so it is great for safe stays and people who like greats views. However, it should be noted that daily cleaning is not done on the hotel. Communication in general can be done through WhatsApp or Trip.com. For me I was kinda shocked that I could not enter the elevator area in the lobby with the card alone, it requires fingerprint from one of the staff. That is why you must message the staff, when using the elevator from the lobby. They will arrive quickly, when messaging. However when you are in the elevator area after getting through the elevator gate , you simply just tap your hotel card and it will get you to the floor where your hotel is located. I give the hotel 5-stars since I had no problems on my stay, and the price was really good for what I got!"

"On the second day, we switched to a double room, and it was significantly better than the first one – much more spacious, with great amenities and a higher standard overall. I was very satisfied. However, the hotel's prices are generally on the higher side, and I hope they can improve this. The location and the buffet were absolutely fantastic. We also happened to visit during Christmas, and the atmosphere was wonderful!"

While some guests note that certain areas of the hotel show slight signs of age, the rooms are maintained very cleanly. A minor point some travelers mention is that the air conditioning can be quite powerful. Dining options are a highlight. The breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious, featuring a wide variety of choices from Vietnamese pho and Western pastries to sushi and fresh fruits. The hotel houses several restaurants, including Tung Garden for Chinese cuisine and Cafe Sai Gon for international dishes, ensuring diverse culinary experiences throughout the day. For relaxation and productivity, the facilities are outstanding. "Beautiful boutique hotel. It was my birthday and wanted a nice hotel to end our travels in Vietnam. Great location, rooftop pool and terrace bar lovely. Was up and out so no time to try the breakfast hut looked nice. Fresh towels and water changed daily. They gave me a cake as a surprise for my birthday that was cute. Bad points - the room we stayed in the drain was making noises all night sounded like water was running. The shower was awful literally a small handheld one on the wall that if you moved it would soak the whole bathroom, and the bath was a bit grotty round the sides. When checking out we got accused of taking a towel from the room when we never did! They tried getting us to pay for this towel we refused as we did not take the towel! So please be aware when staying here that they don’t try to charge you for something!!!"

The location is excellent, with easy access to cafes, restaurants, and key areas of the city, yet still quiet enough to relax. What truly stands out is the service. The staff are friendly, professional, and always attentive, making each stay feel warm and personal. The rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with cozy beds and a practical layout. Housekeeping consistently does a great job. Overall, M Village Hotel Tôn Thất Đạm offers great value for money, combining comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting — whether for business or leisure."

"Overall my stay here was pleasant and the hotel is in a good location. The staff were super helpful and also helped to organise some trips and tours for me. The only disappointment was the ongoing road construction outside of my room from midnight until 4am, which sounded like it was actually in my room, and gave me a terrible night's sleep. The whole area seems to be undergoing re-pavement so a lot of the sidewalks and paths don't exist and you are forced to walk on the road. There is lots to do nearby and if your capable everything is within walking distance pretty easily in the evening, just be careful of the rain 🌧"
