At 10pm the loud entertainment music starts, really loud! Impossible to relax, loud screams and so on, water runs from the washbasin downstairs onto your feet! The key card doesn't work, you have to go to reception, this hotel is absolutely not recommended despite the low price.

Lovely well maintained grounds and 2 lovely pools . Family pool by bar and adult only heated pool with sea views. Plenty of Sunbeds. An awful lot of steps from room to reception - we were furthest away from reception but ok if you can do steps. Lovely large 1 bedroom apartment. Double layered blackout curtains in both rooms. Nice patio with table and 4 chairs. Nice kitchen area. Arrived at 10am and was given a courtesy room to use to change. Locked bag storage and courtesy room booked for this afternoon. Good quality beds; extra blankets were not needed. Would definitely return.

Me and my whole family (16 of us cousins and aunts/ uncles included) and we were all able to use every facility without any issues. The food was lovely and the pool was a great thing to do in the mornings. They had some shows at night which were also really entertaining and the staff were lovely, we didn’t expect to be able to sit close to eachother but the staff were able to pull over two more tables for us. They called a taxi for us for the whole week we were there and the taxi was top notch with the nicest driver imaginable. He took us around the main part of the town and showed us some of the fun things to do and some of the main touristy attractions. Would recommend this hotel 10/10.

Very friendly staff apart from the restaurant manager who was incredibly rude throughout the evening and into the next morning. Facilities looked good around the hotel but the nasty restaurant manager ruined our stay. Such a shame. Definitely will not return.

[NO recomendable] Publicidad engañosa, no dispone de actividades y el buffet se sirvió en el propio bar, sin espacio y con escasez de platos y variedad y comida fría. Menú de hotel de 2*. Nos quejamos sin recibir respuesta de la dirección del hotel. Por.dedtacar algo positivo, los camareros amables. La zona alejada del mundo. Hay cientos de mejores opciones en Roquetas o en Almería, en general.

Great hotel, great animators, cozy atmosphere and beautiful beach. The location is a bit inconvenient, far from the center and other shops. Rather something for quiet comfortable holidays on the beach.

Hotel muy recomendable, la decoración es muy bonita, las habitaciones están recientemente reformadas, muy amplias y todas las instalaciones están muy limpias. El comedor es muy bueno, está todo bien cocinado y con sabor. Fácil aparcamiento en alrededores.

Hotel de buena calidad. Habitaciones amplias,piscina grande con colchonetas y toboganes y la comida del comedor muy buena. Nos tocó la tipica habitacion en una esquina del hotel mirando hacia fuera, pero no nos molesto ya que era grande ,limpia y bonita. Como pasamos todo el dia haciendo actividades no nos importo mucho al principio hasta que... no se el motivo aun no tenemos tendedero en la terraza, viendome obligado a tender en la barandilla de la terraza y cayendose a la calle las toallas y bañadores. Pero eso no es lo malo. Lo PEOR es que TODOS LOS DIAS A LAS 8.30 se reunen trabajadores del hotel a tom**** el cafe ,fumar y hablar justo debajo de la terraza despertandonos todos los dias(adjunto imagen). Ha sido un horror, imaginate irte de vacaciones y no poder descansar. Otra cosa a mejorar es la ANIMACION. Hacen juegos comunes con niños y mayores, lo que signifca que jugamos mas de 50 personas a la vez. Muchas veces estos juegos son en instalaciones pequeñas sin poder sent**** la gente... y como premios dan diplomas. En hoteles similares de la zona dan 1 consumicion y diploma( cocacola,cerveza...)
