Take a trip back to the 1990s. The decor and furniture were very dated in condo 204. It was very clean and well maintained for being so old without any updates. But for the price it really was overpriced I can see noise would be a problem in the summer. It was next door to Papas and Beers. There are a lot of bars and restaurants close by.
