Yes the room is very clean and so the pool. The host is so nice and very quick to reply to our messages

Cute place and great location! Space was very clean and perfect for what we needed! Walking distance to Rosemary Beach square and surrounding restaurants, quick 25 minutes drive to Santa Rosa Beach. Was very happy to have access to the pools and tram service to the beach! Host was very responsive towards any questions we had.

Fun on 30A We had a nice stay! The place was centrally located, so we could walk to beach, shops and restaurants. The pool was very nice, too! My husband and I thought the room was the right size for 2 people. Thanks! Ana

Very nice room and perfect area, walking distance to plenty of great places

Just a bit disappointing. Although the property was clean and convenient the air conditioning and heating system seem to be stuck on a single temperature. Our efforts to warm the place up we're unsuccessful so it was a cool weekend. The location is very convenient.

Location This property was more than we could have imagined! We were pleasantly surprised with how centrally located we were. Everything was within walking distance. The condo was perfect for a little girls trip - bed very comfortable. Roomy but cozy. Very clean & well kept. Would definitely stay again!

Needs some TLC Overall it was very quaint and just right for two people. The smell on the 4th floor was awful and the flooring was in bad shape. In the condo, the flooring also needed repair and there are drywall issues in two of the four corners. Evidence of water damage in the corners and under the AC unit. Almost immediately we began having respiratory issues. We discovered black mold in the bathroom and checked out early. Host reimbursed us for the one night we did not stay. The bathroom needs a ventilation van and the other issues need to be addressed as well.
