The sheets were not clean and there was no lock on the door. The front desk helped us change to another room, but the heater didn't work. Too lazy to change again

Everything is good, but the elevator is a bit scary. The staff at the front desk are very enthusiastic, and the lady in Hanfu is also very nice~
