Hyatt Place Chicago O'Hare Airport

I will definitely live here when I go to Chicago. The breakfast is good. Although it was a bit simpler during the epidemic, it is still worth recommending! The parking fee is a bit expensive, and it is recommended that guests who stay in the hotel should park for free

I can walk to the car rental center from the hotel, two large beds in separated room space for more privacy but they shared the same toilet.

It was a very busy hotel, and I had to wait until the afternoon to check in. There were too many people. But it is really close to the outlet, which is very suitable for a shopping spree before leaving the United States. Unfortunately, there is no direct flight to Shanghai recently.

The location of the hotel is good as it is within walking distance from the exhibition hall, but it is a bit far from downtown. Breakfast was good, and I think the main building is better than the tower building. The staff are friendly, but there is an extra charge for early check-in and late check-out.

We hadn’t been to Chicago in years and were attending Wizard World 10/15-17/21, so we stayed here, with your proximity to the L, the convention center & airport. It was wonderful having the indoor walkway~ connecting the convention center too. Your restaurant was helpful ~ except for not being open for lunch, which we would have appreciated, since the convention center only had a few choices, in which we weren’t interested.

We stayed one night at this hotel, because Hurricane Ian extended our trip to Chicago. We couldn't extend our rental car and needed a location near the airport with a shuttle. This place not only fit the bill for convenience but it was quite nice. The hotel is very nice and stylish with an open airy feeling. The rooms are rimmed around and open atrium that houses seating and a restaurant/bar. The suites are a little dated but very nice and very large with a separate living area, bedroom and a bath separating the two. This suite could easily be shared and it is also nice for business people because the bedroom door can be closed. Titanium members have a nice lounge with hot breakfast from 6-9 weekdays, a little later on weekends, snacks, water, sodas, coffee, tea, etc all day and appetizers from 5:30-7:30pm. The night we were there they had chicken wings, pizza and a couple of other goodies. The attendant is very efficient and we were extremely grateful for her asking someone to take their phone conversation off speakerphone. Last but not least, Rey, the shuttle driver arrives every 1/2 hour on the 1/2 hour to take you to the airport. Very nice man and quite prompt. Tip - you can also take the shuttle to the metra station at O'hare for transportation to other areas.
