The Rose Hotel Chicago O’Hare, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

The Rose Tapestry Hotel is a part of the Hilton collection. Kind of a 3.75 star situation. I would stay there again but the things that could be upgraded were the airport shuttle only going to domestic terminals or the room service being in boxes with plastic ware and still at room service prices and not always neatly plated. It's a cool area with expensive parking. And ten minutes from O'Hare International Airport.

The hotel is fairly new, in a new and upcoming area very close to the airport. It was perfect for what I was looking for. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable, but a little snug with all my luggage. If you’re only traveling with one suitcase it isn’t bad at all. More than one suitcase in a room, it may be a little cozy. There was a small hiccup with the heater in my room but once addressed, they sent the maintenance man to fix it and in no time, my room was nice and warm. The restaurant at the hotel was very nice, the servers were on point the whole time. The food itself was very delicious. There was not a huge variety to choose from but other than that, it was perfect. The shuttle service was ok. The drop off location wasn’t ideal for me and the driver wasn’t overly friendly or helpful. It worked but it could use some improvement. Overall, I’m very pleased with my stay and would choose this hotel again in the future.

Clean and stylish. The style feels very Chicago with the post modern style details: pink neon lights mono chrome sculptures and black and white photos of the stars. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the service was fast. We were desperate to catch a bus and these folks made it happen. Close to the airport, which is definitely nice after a long flight.
