Aloft Chicago O'Hare

We have asked about the shuttle bus schedule time in advance , and the front desk informed us that just came down five minutes earlier when you leave , they didn’t inform us the exact schedule and still denied when we asking , after that we have wait for 20 minutes for the shuttle bus , if we know the schedule a head , they we arrive earlier at the lobby .

Promised much and reviews were positive but I was disappointed. Has been superficially renovated but it felt like surface only - underneath its at best a cheap and cheerful motel. Positives are proximity to airport, outlet mall, good quality linen and tv, and pleasant staff.  Negatives were lack of proper restaurant/ room service, strange smell on my floor, noisy old air conditioner in room, inadequate noise isolation, nasty carpet, poor lighting  and cramped bathroom. Very unappealing pool visible to all.

We had a real estate seminar at Joe's Live, so this location was perfect. The room and bed were comfortable and clean. The room came with a free bottle of water, according to the clerk. My wife heard her and grabbed the wrong bottle (there was a smaller one in the mini fridge), which resulted in a nearly $9 charge. Ouch! Parking was free (with validation), covered, and convenient with access via a sky bridge.

Perfect location, opposite to Chicago Fashion Outlets and lots of restaurants just around the corner. Young and energetic design, highly recommended
