Hyatt Place Chicago O'Hare Airport

We liked how it’s very near the airport. You need to book in advance to use the free airport shuttle.

All the receptionist are very friendly and smiling face. There is one popular shopping mall Target nearby walking distance of 15 mins. The spread of the bf do not has much choices but acceptable. The hotel is nearby the airport, you can see the flight landing from far.

Nice big and clean room. Shuttle was full in the morning time so please account for that.

It was a pleasant stay.only I had issues with the commute to public transportation.

iDon’t be in a hurry for the shower because it takes at least 10 minutes for the hot water to come. i’ll go to Hyatt, at least by name, that’s worth the similarity ends. Appreciate the complementary breakfast. I don’t remember paying for it, but it was about the quality of a Days Inn. O’Hare shuttle was prompt and courteous. The front desk would’ve been better if people in front of me weren’t clueless. all in all the room was modern, big and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. not sure I’d stay there again but I’m in need of an accommodation near O’hare about four times a year. 

Location is great. Less than 10 minutes by car from airport. The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The biggest beef I have with the service is that the reception said due to overbooking by the hotel my room type (2 queen beds) was not available anymore. I paid extra for this room type and I ended up having to take a king bed and sofa bed. I had to sleep on the sofa which was not as comfortable. I demand that the hotel refund me a part of my booking for this hotel.

stayed one day , they have a airport transfer every 40 min . The room is big and clean.
