Hotel Grune Tanne

Hotel Grune Tanne

Hamburg|2.6km from Freilichtmuseum am Kiekeberg
The hotel is located directly on the well-beaten Bremer Street. 3 days stay 6/2021 /Zimmer 45€, breakfast 9.50€. Before the entrance unherb from the stone plates, kittens, laundry, not flattened. Reception unpacked, then staff found in the kitchen. The room allowed the thin wall to hear the telephone call, windows could not be opened at 30 degrees heat due to traffic noise. After reclame, new room was easy, but smaller but quieter. At the room door sticks any stick, no plan, garden without stops and with missing rolls, hang around accordingly. Pomme fritter on the ground, dust surfacely washed, chair dirty. 3qm-Dusche/Klo/Waschbecken, no hook for towel, shower tube equilly calcified, TV: No signal. Breakfast moderate, factory breads, egg cups but no eggs, no fruit, nothing for food allergic. All lovely without staff in the room. Tellers with fat tears, everything somewhat smooth and improvised. Firstly, after payment, only the expression of the credit card reader should be handed over to me as a credit card, after complaining, a printed, unused bill for the financial office only over the total amount. It is the impression that no one has gastronomic training there and knows what service and cleanliness means, staff is hard, but is therefore overloaded. Don't know where the 3 stars should come from booking.com. For back travelers may be OK. The hotel actually calls Musa's Green Tanne, on the key is Hotel MUSA (Arabic: Moses) and is quite downgraded after m.M.. Not recommended.

Hotel Altenwerder Hof

Hotel Altenwerder Hof

Hamburg|3.86km from Wildpark Schwarze Berge
The room was a joke for the price! More worse, the so-called employees (this feels a family whose boss can deny and cut the guests)! According to the ********, you should be able to change the travel period once. According to telephone information, this was allegedly not possible. So I asked what was then intended to offer as compensation? You could have breakfast free (instead of €9.50 per person, which was absolutely NOT worth it). We were informed by phone just before arrival that the boss had thought it differently and the promise (!) The employee would therefore no longer apply! A real wickedness! Our so-called ”family room” was super small (it didn't even fit A bag on the ground!), uncomfortable and above all ULTRA HELLHÖRIG! The bathroom looked like in a hospital. Unfortunately everything was not very clean (a bed we moved a little and old waste, including crushed chips, came out). At the bed was always felt, that you get somehow bed chairs. The air in the room was stiff and in front of the door was 5 meters further in the ground floor directly the ”reception” where the reception lady began to call and cry around at 7 a.m. unrecklessly! A horror stay! You should read the other negative reviews ALL ALL, which every small notice is true. We only chose the hotel so that we are close to our familiars. In general, the hotel is very far from the shoot and for the unshameable family room price and overpriced breakfast (although children had to pay full, even though they had only half a piece of bread or a small bowl of corn flakes). All indications that you can't do anything at the price because of the negative experiences have been completely ignored, since you here appear to be specialized in the absorption of guests. NOT again!
