Quality Hotel Arlanda

Very nice surroundings, plenty of parking spaces, pleasant service. Breakfast was decent, but nothing to write home about.

Upon arrival at Arlanda Airport, I was picked up by a private transfer to the hotel. The room felt like a standard business hotel room, but the breakfast was quite good. The hotel is fairly large and even has some board games. I felt it offered good value for money. I particularly liked the design of the lounge area in the corridor.

The overall environment was fantastic, and the rooms were lovely. Breakfast was incredibly generous. Cleanliness: The place was quite clean. However, note that toiletries and slippers are not provided, so guests need to bring their own. Facilities: The facilities are fairly new. They also have a children's play area and a comfortable lounge in the lobby.

The hotel's location is alright, being near Stockholm Arlanda Airport. However, their night shuttle service offered no stop announcements, leading me to be dropped off at the wrong hotel in the early hours. Luckily, I only found the correct hotel after getting directions from staff at another nearby hotel. Upon finally reaching the hotel on foot in the early hours, I found the doors locked and was unable to reach anyone by phone. I then had to ask nearby late-night construction workers for help; they eventually contacted the hotel and facilitated my check-in. I had booked a two-night stay, but on the second day, when returning to my room, my key card wouldn't grant me access to the elevator. After the hotel investigated, they discovered they had given me the wrong room and nearly made me switch. The service experience was truly dreadful, and I absolutely do not recommend this place. I advise proceeding with extreme caution.
