Ross-on-Wye

As always a lovely quiet stay in the Premier Inn. Good bed & pillows. Nice reception staff. Our only problem was the poor water pressure in the shower! We ate one night at the Beefeater Restaurant on site, but we didn't really enjoy the experience. The staff seemed a bit 'curt', not the usual warm welcome we've come to expect at these places! :(

The customer care staff at the Premier Inn in Ross on Wye were commendable; approachable professional friendly :-) effective efficient and informative. This is a small hotel but… small can be beautiful! So book early to avoid disappointment. The customer service is wonderful. We have stayed here on two occasions and both occasions in terms of different staff and room care were consistent. The staff here cannot do enough to assist you. The rooms were clean and comfortable; there were fresh bedding on the beds each time we visited, the cleaning has been also consistent. Cleaning staff should be praised for their hard work in achieving this task. I would recommend this hotel it’s staff and we will be calling again in the future.

Friendly and helpful Reception staff. Accommodation was fine but a little dated. Comfy bed and good shower. Beefeater next door not the best breakfast/menu/food quality but the staff were good. Taxis into Ross unreliable. Uber did not turn up so we ended up driving into town.

Often stay at premier inns and they are always comfortable, convenient and value for money. Mostly the staff are friendly and helpful but not always. The staff at Ross on Rye Premier in were very efficient, friendly and very helpful, made our stay there really enjoyable. Would highly recommend a stay here

I have stayed here on a number of occasions. It is immaculately really handy when you want a good meal without having to drive clean and warm.parking is excellent and the Beefeater next door is just right for your evening meal without having To drive,so you can have a glass of wine. Breakfast is good and you can be away for an early start to the day.

Very spacious room compared to what we normally get from Premier Inn. Our room was on the second floor and unfortunately had a few slanted ceilings from the roof layout which meant the bath area was quite low and shower head was only 5ft4. Everything else was perfect and the staff were all friendly.

My two night stay was all good, hotel is slightly dated but clean and functional, reception staff were welcoming. Only complaint is the upgraded WiFi is awful! Disconnected all the time. Loads of parking, loads of hot water - no issues at all.

The staff were super friendly and helpful when we required any help! The room was so lovely and the view was very lovely, the sheep were definitely the highlight 😊😊, would definitely stay here again 🩷

The bedroom looked good when I first went in but I looked around the chair was broken the bath tub had rust all round it only had I lot of towels for 2 people, and when taking the bedding off the duvet had wee stain and blood on it and one of the pillows had blood on.
