The light over the sink was out and the light on one of the nightstands was out. I did not call service the night I arrived as it was late. The room was clean.

There was bed bugs and I can't sleep 😞

🏨Although it is a bit old, the service staff is very good. The only downside is that the hotel cannot help call a taxi, which is inconvenient to go out

Nice friendly staff! Beds were comfortable was not happy with the smell of pot in hallways! Glad I brought my air purifier! Clean room! Older hotel came with family for a trip to see the Alien museum heading to Santa Fe, FYI Walmart didn’t have much merchandise

We came here because the ratings were good but the beds are so hard could not even sleep there was black hairs on our bed when you go to the bathroom your basically sitting in the floor pool was closed supposedly due to maintenance breakfast was horrible they only serve muffins and waffles not other options will not stay here again!!!!!!!!

Very nice and reasonable price for our stay of 2 nights. The rooms were clean. The staff were very friendly and polite. The continental breakfast was good and fresh. I would recommend this hotel for those who are on a budget. They even had a laundry room.

The best service. We were greeted as soon as we opened the door. Breakfast was hot and the Breakfast area was very clean and the lady was so helpful keeping food fresh. Our room was clean as well as the parking lot. The parking are was very well lit.

carpet has pet stains, and the bathroom was not really cleaned, very hard to get extra towels or even to exchange towels. floor board was falling off the wall. Staff is so-so. evening desk clerk acted like he owned the towels and did not want to give them up. my room had no toilet paper and that was just as hard to get from the evening desk clerk.

We arrived just before the town was cut off by floods. Highest rainfall in a day in history. Staff for the next shift could not get to work. Bethany, the manager, despite being severely affected by the disaster personally continuously provided exceptional support and care to all. Including the national guard who were called in to assist. Most can provide good service under normal circumstances but it’s a tribute to Bethany’s character and suitability to her position to rise to the occasion and provide outstanding service. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you for everything.

Large, comfortable and well appointed room. A couple of maintenance items needed, but staff very responsive. Room included micro and fridge. Good breakfast offerings (included with room). Located near variety of restaurants. One item for future attention, replace the carpet.

We went to the room the toilet was running. We text to let them know. They said they would send maintenance. My husband came in. He was able to fix the toilet. Then we had no toilet paper. Texted said housekeeping would bring some. Waited an hour and a half texted again. They said they would let housekeeping know. My husband finally went to the front desk and got some toilet paper. Housekeeping never showed. Then the lamp on the nightstand was not plugged in some of the mattress back to plug it in. It was filthy dirty back there. Went to take a shower look like somebody stepped in the bathtub with dirty feet And Hair was also in the tub. I read the reviews and I thought some people are never happy, but it was not a good experience. It would’ve been bad if they would have showed up when they were supposed to, but no one ever showed.

Although the staff was very friendly, there were major issues with this hotel. We paid for a double queen suite and found out that we were given a queen and a double bed. No other rooms were available so we had to have our daughter go stay at another hotel since 4 adults could not fit in the room. The beds are old and the pillows are horrible. They gave us 1 flat pillow and 2 throw pillows per bed. The throw pillows were stuffed and lumpy. We asked for additional pillows, and they said they didn't have any. We had to go to Walmart and purchase pillows to sleep on because their pillows were just horrible. Our bedding didn't match, the towels are of poor quality and didn't match and overall the whole hotel was just run down. We've stayed at several Baymont hotels but this was not up to par and certainly not worth the money.

We stay here every time we're in Roswell. We always love the bed and the pillows, so fluffy and comfortable! The Breakfast Corner is awesome, one of the best hotel breakfast we've had! The Baymont Staff is quite pleasant and very helpful. See you next time
