The room is dark, the facilities are old, and the wallpaper is mottled. Bedding, not clean. Noisy and too old.

On the edge of Rotorua, there is a street full of Motels, the rooms are relatively large, except that there is no stove, other facilities are complete. There are plenty of parking spaces, and the boss looks like an Indian. The downside is that the toilet in the bathroom has been leaking.

A comfortable bed and a decent shower are important to me and both met my expectations. Unfortunately the property is old and tired.
Microwave only in unit.
Soundproofing was poor
However, price we paid reflected this.

The motel itself is very old.l cannot understand why they put kitchenette when they dont have all for cooking.

Bedrooms were clean and tidy . Staff member at the counter was friendly and welcoming.
Toilets light was not working, steps leading up to the room was very dirty.
