It is also a beautiful hotel, the service is very good, and the black swans by the lake are elegant and beautiful. You can go to the hotel restaurant to eat, the food is pretty good. Breakfast was also great.

This hotel has a good environment and good hygiene. The boss is Chinese, so he takes every detail into consideration. The Bannick salmon in the morning was delicious. It's a 5-minute drive from the town center. You can call a taxi for SGD 20. The only problem is that the room rates are quite high compared to other hotels in town. Accommodations are a five, but they do not have sufficient parking for all guests, which could become a huge problem and was quite a hassle for us. So, overall, a three. Also, be aware that there is a huge fly problem (not biting, but annoying swarms), especially at night.

Nice little hotel but about 12 mins outside rotorua. The rooms are very clean and nice and overlook the lake. The driveway is challenging - it’s at a long driveway with a steep angle, and only one car can go up / down at a time. If you meet an oncoming car, you need to back up on the steep angle / tight driveway. The parking is also very challenging and tight once you get down. At night you can also hear people walking on the floor above, as the rooms are below the restaurant.
