I actually enjoyed staying here with my kids it was super comfortable and clean and the breakfast was ok my kids enjoyed going in the pool, no complaints.

The room was quite spacious and a perfect size for two people. However, the customer service was a bit of a letdown. We were in town for a wedding and found that the ironing board in our room was broken; despite calling and requesting a replacement, no one ever followed up. I also noticed that the staff seemed frequently distracted by their cellphones. Even when returning late at night, the front desk attendant didn't acknowledge us, which felt a bit off from a safety perspective. While the location is convenient enough that we’d consider staying again, the service definitely has room for improvement.

The clerk on Friday was very rude and disrespectful. Was speaking with friends in the breakfast area declined to come help customer check in. The hotel room door did not close properly, asked to switch room told no room available. There was screaming fight as well as people gathering and drinking in the hallways at all hours of the night starting from 11-3 am. This place is disquisting and should not be allowed to be in service

The door to my room was all chewed up and there were stains on the mattress. Otherwise, it was ok for the price point. Property can use some upgrades.

This is my go to hotel when traveling to Schenectady. Check in was quick and easy. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good.

Room clean, comfortable, bathroom nice, breakfast good and location. Lobby nice. Microwave and refrigerator in the room. A/C control great.

I love this hidden gem! We stay here each year for a weekend long swim meet. We were a little disappointed this time. This hotel has always been quiet. On our first night we had banging and yelling from 2 different rooms. We did complain at the front desk at 2am. It still continued. Everything else was fantastic as usual. I just wish that hotels (in general) would adhere to their noise policies.
