Hotel Rose Rotterdam

This is a beautiful, new, and modern hotel, set in a lovely, traditional building, just a 15-minute walk from the city center. The room was spacious and featured a very comfortable large bed. The bedding was high-quality and exceptionally pleasant. The room came equipped with a coffee machine (with capsules), a kettle, and a selection of teas. A thoughtful touch was the inclusion of an iron and ironing board! In the bathroom, there's a spacious, modern shower, and all the complimentary toiletries – shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, and body lotion – are of excellent quality. Our room had two large windows offering a pleasant street view. Next to the reception, there's a communal lounge where guests can help themselves to various machine coffees, teas, water, and fruit, all complimentary. We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. A clean hotel with quality amenities, conveniently located near the city center and all facilities. The staff are friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

The hotel was really nice and well-located!

Hotel Rose is excellent and clean in a great location. However, the reception staff were very rude when I couldn't enter the access code.

First of all we are in the Netherlands, and unfortunately the communication is mostly in English, in addition a credit card is required to pay the tourist tax, we did not have this with us because the bill had been paid in full, after all we had to contact the home front to send a photo of the credit card. This lady who was at the counter on April 19 was very unfriendly, English speaking and definitely did not think along, on the other hand the lady on April 20 with the check-out was a Dutch speaker and she was very friendly. and she found it very regrettable that her colleague approached us like that, furthermore the hotel was neat, the TV you had to stream with your own mobile via the Wifi and casting this did not work at all. so no TV, the room was very large and minimalistic furnished there was no chair where you could relax.
