Hotel muy bonito, nuevo, moderno en un edificio tipico precioso a 15 minutos andando del centro. Habitacion amplia con cama grande muy comoda. Ropa de cama muy agradable, de calidad. En la habitacion hay cafetera, con capsulas de cafe, hervidor y bolsitas de te variado, hay tambien tabla de planchar con plancha! En el baño- ducha amplia y moderna, gel de ducha, champu, acondicionador de pelo, locion de cuerpo- todo de calidad buenisima! Nuestra habitacion era con 2 ventanales grandes con vista a la calle.
Al lado de la recepcion hay una sala donde se puede tomar gratuitamente cafe variado de la maquina, te, agua, fruta. Estamos encantados con nuestra estancia, muchas gracias!

Allereerst we zitten in Nederland, en helaas is de communicatie veelal in het Engels, daarbij wordt er een creditcard verlangd voor de toeristenbelasting te betalen, deze hadden wij niet bij ons daar de rekening in het geheel betaald was, we hebben tenslotte met het thuisfront contact moeten opnemen om een foto te sturen van de creditcard. deze juffrouw die op 19 april aan de balie zit was zeer onvriendelijk, Engelstalig en dacht beslist niet mee, daar in tegen was de juffrouw op 20 april met het uitchecken een Nederlandstalige en deze was zeer vriendelijk. en het ze vond het zeer spijtig dat haar collega ons zo benaderde, verder was het hotel netjes, de TV moest je met eigen mobiel streamen via de Wifi en casten dit lukte totaal niet. dus geen TV, de kamer was erg groot en minimalistisch ingericht er stond geen stoel waar je even op kon relaxen.

Hotel Rose is prima en netjes op een fijne locatie.
Het personeel aan de receptie daarentegen was zeer onbeleefd toen ik de toegangscode niet kon intypen.

I booked this hotel 8 months ago and 3 ago they cancelled my reservation and won't provide me a full refund. It's a disgrace, and thievery. Don't trust this place.
